Why of all places to put a body did that guy do that there? did he used to rent the apartment or something way back when?
Did he just think after he killed her 'Hmm now where am I going to put this girl's body. Oh hey wait why not in the up stairs apartment of that old theatre?'
*sigh* Why do I even try to make sense of this stuff anymore?

He said his parents used to own the place when it was a theater, so maybe they lived in the apartment at the time?

Yeah his family owned the theatre and that apartment so thats where he hid the body. Its a stretch but its a show about an alien, so you know.
For a second I thought the was GT's body but I guess that would have been even weirder.

That would have been strange! But, we never saw what happened to her body after Lana killed her so, at least in Smallville terms, its wasn't that far out of the realm of possibility.

Oh I must of missed when he said his parents owned the theatre.
Still seems kinda odd to bury a body in the wall. But that seems to happen alot in WB shows *coughangelcough*

I thought what became the apartment was like the projection area of the theatre? Did I just make that up? Anyway I don't think there was originally an apartment in the theatre.
So... you'd think somebody would have smelled something. :p And y'know, they made it sound like he had other victims. Were they hidden in the Talon's walls too, or were they perhaps hidden at the killer's home?

why didn't the spirit manifested sooner like in S3 when Adam used to live there or in S4 when Lana lived there

Umm, wasn't there some kind of passing explanation involving electricity (or lightning was it?) and the kryptonite bracelet. Maybe the circumstances that caused the spirit to manifest just hadn't occurred in that precise place before.
Hmm, whatdaya know, maybe Kryptonite wasn't just a lame plot device as many have said about this episode, but rather to answer this precise question of "why didn't it show up before".
Crazy the explanations one can come up with when you think positively. :P

I thought all along it was the super energized from the lightning strike Kryptonite bracelet that "awoke" the spirit of the girl in the wall.
