Ok, ok, I was very dissapointed in this episode because there were not enough Luthor scenes. I know Lex had his share but whats up with Lionel getting like 1 small scene? Come on we need MORE Lionel Luthor!!!!

ya he tends to not make much of a full appearance

ah but he makes the most of his scenes. everytime i see him, i get really, really angry.

to me, it's the only thing the writers do well in this series.

I think this episode was centered more around Chloe than any of the other characters. I am glad Chloe got her own centered episode.

They need to bring Lex back up to his game. I'm missing the Lexy/Lionel interaction. Lex especially seems to be slipping. :\ But I'm hanging onto hope.

My opinion of Lionel seems to change with every episode depending on his actions. This episode made him look like he actually has a heart, but after what happened to Papa Kent, Lionel has a lot of work to do to become a good guy.

I agree. I haven't liked the way that they've been writing Lex this season. He came off as being more of a smug busybody than a sinister evildoer in this episode. Honestly, Lionel is a much better villain and far more interesting in the villain role than Lex and it's sort of annoying to think that the Magnificent one will inevitably be killed by his Lana-pining, 2nd rate son. I've been hoping that the writers will make Lex into a force to be reckoned with but as it is I don't think he'll ever be up to the level of his father. And wow, it's kind of sad that I'm feeling so negatively towards Lex's character considering I've always been such a big fan of his and he's one of my favorite characters.

I want the MB, and well, his son finally getting the you know whats to push him off his throne and kick it up a notch.

That's what I expect from a character named Lex Luthor.

Now give him some lines and some backbone! :D
