DOESN'T HOSPITALS KEEP PEOPLE FOR 48 HOURS AFTER A SUICIDE ATTEMPT? WTF????

The hospital is still looking for her, she was not released. She was not at the talon when they brought the sheriff in. Thats why she was moved out to the Kent farm.

wait, she wasn't moved out to the Kent farm. Clark broke her out of the hospital and took her to the Talon.

Then she was in Clarks room at the farm while lois dealt with the sheriff at the talon.

Please, you can't be so stuck on old-fashioned concepts like "continuity" and "sensible plotlines!" I'm sure they just explained that they broke Chloe out of the hospital to take her to go find the corpse of a girl murdered by a guy who made it look like a suicide and crammed her into the Talon walls but then she got possessed by the dead girl's corpse and went on a Taser-guided mission to exact revenge on the killer, who just happened to be an orderly at the hospital. What could be easier than that? :)
