Where Buffy had that 100 degree fever and she started imagining that Freddy Krueger look alike.

Only this time, Chloe doesn't have a fever but it looks like she's being possessed by a girl.

Buffy + Kryptonite Freak of the week. It is not fair to every superman fan that every week clark must battle someone that is infected with Kryptonite. Its just plain not fair. Its a big writers Universe, does everything have to be based in Kryptonite. Give me a bad guy that uses his mind any day.

The only real difference is the possession, which is easily borrowing from other cliches in horror films.

Yeap, defintely Stir of Echoes with Kryptonite.
