A woman (Maggie Lawson as Kelly) sucks the age out of people in order to keep herself alive. Plus, the Kents have money problems which bring Martha's father into town. Plus, Lana finds a curious photo that brings question to her true parentage.
This episode was actually filmed right after "Tempest" which would explain some continuity errors.

What?
Martha has a father?
I would never guess considering he disspeared!
Just like Henry Small and Gabe Sullivan and Nell Potter
Ok sorry

i recently watched this episode again and it was cheezier than i remember. I don't get how that Crissy girl was able to suck the youth out of people because she has been in many different high schools since the 1920's. so that means she can't be a meteor freak, so then what is she? this episode is all around wierd but it also has a few interesting things in it. like martha's father and Henry small, but even those plots were not super good. they were just interesting. Redux is one of my least favorite episodes of season 2

They really didn't need to explain Chrissy's powers. We know from "Stray" that they're are non-meteor freaks around so Chrissy could just be one of those.

I just wish that their was some kind of quick explanation. Did she have some kind of witch powers? Some kind of accident that gave her that power somehow?
I actually liked the idea and the episode I just always been curious about how she became that way.

I actually liked the way that she died, but overall the episode wasn't very good.

IMO this was the WORST episode of Season 2...possibly the worst ep Smallville has ever made. Nuff said

Yeah, Smallville has a disturbing habit of turning siblings into huge plotholes.

I'm actually okay with that. I didn't care much that they didn't explain how Chrissy got her power. She's a human with a superpower, that's all.
Although this episode could be considered cheesy, I did like it. I thought it was good cheese, like Craving or Cool. The actress played her part well so I was able to enjoy the episode.
It reminded me of that Big Wolf on Campus episode where Merton goes on a date with the florist and she sucks the youth out of him. That TV series was full of cheesy episode but I enjoyed it a lot, especially the episode that parodies The Seventh Seal.

I've just watched this episode again, and...I didn't like much, it's full of characters that never showed up again, like Martha's father and Mr. Reynolds, I mean what happened to the principal that we saw in "Red"...and about Lana's biological father...he just came in a few more episodes, and then it was completely forgotten.
