Did Lex know about the stones in Tailsman? It seemed that he did and thats why he wanted Lana to go to Paris.

IIRC, they never explicitly said one way or another if he knew back then.

I concur. It was never mentioned.

Just for anyone who might not know about it - if you have season 3 box-set, there is a hidden extra that's easy to access.

Insert disc 5 - then go to features
next go to the second page of features - highlight the memoria deleted scene, and press RIGHT (-->) on your DVD control

if done correctly you will now see the superman sheild symbol, press ENTER/SELECT on your control and you will now be treated to a funny interview with michael rosebaum.

How did Swann get the key?

It was never officially explained, but it seems likely that Swann tricked Lionel into putting a portal in the cave disguised as equipment so that he could get the key to keep it out of Lionel's hands.

we find out in this season that lionel luthor didn't come from a rich family, and that his parents were actually criminals. So, where did the "luthor ancestoral mansion" come from?

Lionel made up the whole story. He probably bought a mansion in Scotland and had it disguised as the Luthor home.

HI, Im curious in how you found out about that feature and all the steps that need to be followed. And why would they hide it that way??

Uma There are tons of hidden bonus features for a lot of dvds. you should search for "dvd eastereggs" or "[name of show] eastereggs" and you can find out how to access a bunch of them.

Just wondering how and when did the S emblem burned on Clark's chest disappear and what purpose did it serve exactly?

Was it just a brutal reminder that Clark must obey Jor-el or else?

Yeah, basically that's what it was. Or it could be seen as a brutal symbol of the guilt Clark felt while on red kryptonite. But I think Jor-El meant it more in a way of "You will obey me, Kal-El" type of way.

Oh, and technically, it was not an "S" emblem. It SEEMED like one to insinuate the SUPERMAN logo, but it was technically more of an "8" symbol.

And it disappered after Clark finally broke the red kryptonite ring off of him. That red kryptonite ring was the only thing keeping it burning into his chest.

The island helen sent Lex to in season three was shaped as the symbol in the caves. What relanvce does this have and how did Helen find this place? By coincidance or...........

??? That was in Talisman (S03E20) and Lex and Lionel touched the blade at the same time, leaving open the question of who is Sageeth (Naman or Superman's greatest enemy). We of course know it turns out to be Lex.

I always wondered what was the agreement that Lionel and Dr. Swann made ?

Those 2, were pretty much the "Kings of The Show" at that time.

So, that agreement excites me.

It must be something that Luthor the Great ((I mean The MB :) )) would gain some advantages.

((Lionel wouldn't have done almost anything back then, if he couldn't benefit from it.))

When did Lionel state drugging Lex? Lex started acting crazy before he found out what Lionel did...

I often wonder what happened to the agreement as well...I remember after the Lionel and Jonathan Kent fight, that the key had some how wondered into the wall but at the end of the show Dr. Swann has the key? Major cliffhanger, man. :(

Hey, guys! I'm currently re-watching the entire series (and I haven't seen seasons 7 through 10 at all yet).

I just got finished watching Memoria (great episode!), and I was wondering - when Jor-El and Lara put Kal-El/Clark in the ship, he is a baby. When Clark finds Martha and Jonathan during the meteor shower, he walks up to them and looks to be a toddler at LEAST two years of age. Martha, in that same episode, mentions that Clark's first word was "Lara", though my knowledge of babies recalls that first words are generally spoken somewhere between 12 and 18 months old.

So, was this an oversight on the writers/directors part, or are we to believe that Clark spent two years in the ship before reaching earth (which is plausible) and got up and started walking around, a completely developed child (aside from speaking)?

I'm not trying to be nitpicky, I promise. :P I was just wondering if that was ever answered in canon or not, or if it really just was a goof.
