The freaking cable service have problems with four channels and one of them was WB of 91 channels the one I wanted to see. I know for sure that God hates me.

I'm sorry to hear that you couldn't watch the episode. I'll try to recap although quite a bit happened in the episode.

It starts off with Clark trying to fix the tractor, Martha comes in and they talk. Clark tells her he dropped out of college for a semester, Martha tries to give him Jonathon's watch. He refuses.

Then, Martha takes Jonathon's old clothes to Metropolis to donate to a charity when she is stopped by some thugs. The watch is stolen and she is about to be killed as the "Angel of Vengeance" aka Andrea saves her.

Then a small Clana scene where Lana asks Clark to let go of his grief. Martha walks in and Clark notices she is hurt.

As always, Clark goes to Chloe for help. They work on the case, and Chloe says that since Martha has seen the masked avenger she can print the story. Andrea, the masked avenger is a reporter at the Planet and overhears this. She then attacks chloe but Clark comes in and Andrea pushes Clark (she has superstrength).

Next, Clark pretends to mug Chloe on the streets to get the attention of Andrea. Chloe gets tired, but finally she shows up. A scene ensues and Andrea flees, Clark followers her to the top of a building and they both talk. Andrea and her mother were attacked by some underground crime people, and her mother died. Andrea got a heart transplant from a meteor freak and ended up one. She uses her powers for "justice".

So Andrea/Clark/Chloe try to find those responsible for the watch, and Clark steals a telephone from the gang and lures the guy who stole the watch out. Clark superspeeds off and is about to kill him when Andrea comes and tells Clark the mobster deserves to die. Clark releases the guy from the chokehold and Andrea uses the kryptonite on Clark and kills him.

Andrea then goes after Lionel, who the guy said was responsible for her mother's death.

Oh, and forgot, there were a couple of scenes with Lex and Lionel. Lionel tries to take over the company using some Chinese companies as cover. They talk it over in the normal verbal judo.

So, before Andrea reaches Lionel, Lex tells Lionel that he found out that Lionel visited Jonathon before his heart attack. Lionel becomes afraid when Lex says he will tell Martha. Lionel drops the LuthorCorp takeover in exchange for keeping the knowledge of his visit to Jonathon private.

And some time earlier than this all, Martha went to talk to Chloe and Chloe comforts Martha. They talk about Clark's grief and Martha says she is glad she has someone to share CLark's secret with.

Now back to Andrea, she gets to Luthor and is about to throw him out the window. Clark comes and tries to talk her out of it. Andrea refuses and starts to throw him out. Clark superspeeds and pulls Lionel back before he can fall out the window. Andrea dissapears. Lionel and Clark talk for a brief moment, and Lionel calls Clark son and says a few things (I can't remember what exactly).

Now Lionel goes to Martha and says he knows the governor offered Martha the senate seat Jonathon won. Martha is confused how Lionel knows. Lionel tells her that he can't accept the repayment of the campaign loan as he knows part of the farm was sold to repay. Lionel says he doesn't want money to come between friendship leaving a stunned Martha.

Next morning, Clark finds the watch in his barn and Lana appears. She says she found the watch in a pawn shop.

Now for the most powerful scene. Clark walks into the house. He hears Jonathon's voice. He sees Martha watching a home video of Jonathon and Clark on a tractor. Jonathon calls Clark his boy of steel. And then tells Clark to waive goodbye to Martha (who is filming the video). So, as the home video plays, Clark and Jonathon waving goodbye as in the present time Clark cries in Martha's arms.

Clark dropped out of college to help his mom out at the farm. He is having a hard time dealing with his father's death.

Martha goes to Metropolis to donate some of Jonathan's clothes to a shelter, and also see the govenor about Jonathan's Senate seat. She offers Clark his father's watch, but Clark doesn't take it, barely can look at it.

After dark in Metropolis she gets mugged by two mean guys, who take Jonathan's watch from her wrist, and almost slit her throat until this masked girl swoops down and saves her and then flies away.

Lana comes by to visit Clark, he sort of pushes her away--not really ready to have the type of talk she seems to want to have. She tries to get him to open up about his dad.

Martha come home, Clark sees her bloody and bruised, she tells him the watch is gone, and than she was saved.

Lex comes by and sees Lana in The Talon. Basically apologies to her and tells her that he's always there for her. She's closing the Talon to help out Martha.

Lex and Lionel spar as Lionel tries to take back control of Luthorcorp. In this round Lionel wins. Short but powerful Luthor scene. :)

Clark goes to see Chloe at the Planet, she's heard of the masked girl, and is anxious to see a front page story. A girl who also works there comes in sort of acting a little geeky with glasses, drops some papers, shares a moment with Clark (hint this is the hero chick)

Shortly after she corners Chloe in the planet but this time in her disguise and threatens her to keep the story hidden. Clark catches her, and quickly gets kicked across the room.

Clark and Chloe get the wise idea to pretend he's mugging her so they can summon the vigilante. She finally comes after a humorous Chlark moment, and she and Clark tumble a bit, she flies to the rooftop only to be met by Clark.

We find out she became "super" after getting a heart transplant after the meteor shower 6 mos ago. She and her mother were attacked, her mother killed, she stabbed in the heart by the same guy who attacked Martha. This girl wants revenge, and at this moment so does Clark.

Chloe apparently was left alone since she can't fly, so back at the planet Martha comes in looking for Clark, she and Chloe share a moment about their worries about Clark's anger and depression. It's a sweet scene, obviously Martha needed someone to talk to.

Clark and the masked girl proceed to go to suicide slums to confront the bad guys--don't find him, but get a cell with his #-- and they make a few threats.

Back to the Planet the geeky girl turned vigilante changes in a phone booth and wears glasses which lead to a nice Chloe product placement moment. Lots of clues about Clark's future disquise.

A few taps of the computer and they find the bad guy's address, Chloe wants to call the police but the two supers want to handle things themself.

Clark almost crushes the guy's throat when he doesn't have his dad's watch, but finally comes to his senses. She then takes over, feeling he deserves to die. We learn that he only killed her mother as a hit since she fought againt Lionel, and therefore she now has a reason to go after him. She however kills the thug guy right in front of Clark and much to his dismay.

Cut to Luthorcorp--Lex trumps Lionel with the news of knowledge about Jonathan and Lionels chat right before his death--Martha would never forgive him if she knew the truth.

Exit Lex, Enter bad girl :p She threatens Lionel holds him out of the window until Clark tries to convince her to let him live--killing is not right. Clark ends up saving Lionel, and she flees.

Back at the Kent loft Lana got the watch back for searching every pawn shop. Clark apologies for his behavior. Lana understands.

Martha is heartbroken in the barn, finds Jonathan's jacket and smells it, only to be interrrupted by Lionel who is so smarmy, and reveals he knows she's been offered Jonathan's senate seat. He's there for her always. ~shudder~

End of the episode the most heartwrenching. Martha is watching videos of Jonathan with Clark when he was little. Clark enters and is transfixed. Then bawls like a baby and hugs his mom. It's a beautiful scene.

Don't talk like that. It was a good episode, but remember it's only a freakin' TV show. I'm sure as you know, there's much more to life than Smallville. There will be repeats and the DVDs will be coming out eventually. I will definitely want to get the S5 DVD set.

Don't sweat it I always talk like that I got I weird sense of humor and is also a way to shock people a little...and besides God show how much he/she hates me by making rain when I go to the salon so my hair ends up looking horrible :( Is kind of his/her personal joke on me. ;)

I thought this was a serious hater post and because it was so good I was really confused and had to check it out!! :p
