ok... did anyone notice how hard she hit Clark? That was much harder than he hits people, normally he sends them like 6-8 feet but this blew that away. She doesn't know that he has powers too and she hit him in the chest and sent him flying like 20 feet into something (self/desk) that he crushed with the force of impact. She says she's one of the good guys but if she hit him like that and he was a normal human he would have been dead and splattered all over the wall like when someone gets in a car accident and doesn't have a seat belt on.

I think he just holds back. You noticed how when she hit him again he just grabbed her hand in the next part.

For her to call herself "good" was a stretch. You pointed out one flaw in that. Her stabbing the crook definitely falls in there to show just how mixed up she is. She made a successful antithesis to Clark. Both angry, both looking for justice, but taking far different roads to get there.
"She may have had "good" intentions, but the girl wasn't "GOOD".
