What scenes did you notice that weren't in this episode, but were in the teasers/trailers?

also the obvious one, Clark and Johnathon in the FOS

Clark and Jonathan not shown in FOS was a huge teaser that never came to be. It makes you wonder home many discarded clips exist. I bet there is so much more then what they show in the dvd extras.

maybe they will show it in some later episode, like a flashback to show how helpless Clark was.

Ooh, I didnt see that one in the spoilers.

That's one thing I wish we would have had in this is a little more fan service. Just Clark telling Lana everything about how he thought he was to blame for her parents death, his leaving Smallville and her while he was jacked on Red Kryptonite, the tornado thing, etc. I guess all of that would have been a waste though seeing as everything just got reset in the end.

I thought the whole first scene was heavily edited down. Obviously this was done to fit it all into the teaser segment, but their whole conversation seemed choppy with all of the looks and facial expressions (especially Lana's) that seemed to be reacting to different dialogue. But in the end, there was so little dialogue in the FOS (when there should have been hours' worth, given their history) it's hard to know what subjects they even talked about. That's the biggest shame about that scene, as cool as it was. But since it all got wiped out anyway, maybe its for the best. If they had devoted the entire first half of the episode to that, with all of the requisite dialogue, then wiped all of THAT out, that would been brutal.
