What happened to Lionel in the barn when Jonathan had the heart attack?

When I saw that seen I thought it was Lionel who was having the heart attack.

What did you think of that predatory look Lionel gave Martha as he passed behind at the funeral? I think he has plans for Martha, especially if its going to be Senator Kent.

They should of shown Lionel running off into the distance when JK was dying, would of been funny

I know what you mean I was ready for Clark to found him and just about tear him in two. Before Martha or a dying Johnathan stop him with one last piece of wisdom from his Dad before passing away.

:lol: I agree. But basically, that's probably what he did was sneek out the back of the barn and run off for his car. Surprised Clark or Martha didnt notice.

My wife and I noticed the look Lionel gave as he was looking up at Senator elect Pa Kent. He basicaly looked like Jonathon shocked the #%*! at the power behind his punch.

Why? Lionel wasn't responsible for Jonathan's death. Jonathan brought it on himself attacking Lionel before getting an explanation.

Well, Lionel surely wasnt guiltless. Whatever he showed Jonathan sent him over the edge and made him flip out. Pa Kent had a lot of excitement that day between election hoopla and everything else. He might have lived a bit longer without Lionel's stressful addition to his day.

But we don't know if Lionel was actually blaming Jonathan. He could've just come to warn him about it. After all, in "Cyborg" Lionel promises to keep Clark's secret.
