Found a mistake

[All about Clark]

Jonathan and Clark both at Talon and end up taking different roads/direction toward accident scene, weird.

After leaving Lex and being scared (first time), Lana should be returning to Talon to get back to Clark but is going the opposite direction and ends up the same direction as Jonathan leaving Talon. Weird again.

Do TPTB even know the roads?

Are you sure the party was at the Talon? I guess it wouldn't matter because either way she should have been going back to the party and JK should have been leaving it. Good point.

I haven't figured out what's TPTB yet. I know its the satff but what does it stand for?

According to the map of SV on the WB, Jonathan should have been going in the oposite direction from where the accident happened. Lex's Mansion and the Kent's farm are on totally opposite sides of town and there is now way for the two to pass.

Oh and by the way, the accident could not have happened the way it did, because Lex's mansion is on the side road so Lana would have had to run the stop sign and smash the bus.

Of course TPTB do not care about important details like this.

Correction Lana and Jonathan both took the same road coming and going to the Talon back from the Talon where the party was being held.

Lana and Lex were racing down one side of the road, the side with traffic leading back to the Talon, but of course, in part 2 they swerved and pulled off to the side. Jonathan was on the side of the street leading from the Talon.

Therefore no mistake.

By the way TPTB means The Powers That Be meaning Alfred Gough, Miles Millar and sometimes also the WB network.

JK passed in the same direction they were facing, back to the Talon. They were on route 40. Is that on the map at the WB?

According to the map on smallville.net, Loeb bridge is between Lex-Corp and teh Talon, not anywhere near the mansion or the Kent farm.
There also isn't any side roads after the bridge unless your round the corner from the Talon.

In either case Lana wouldn't have been anywhere near that bridge unless she was at Lex-Corp, which she wasn't!

I really didn't notice that mistake when viewing. I found an interesting one though that sort of distracted me from an otherwise dramatic scene. Tom is wearing his weddding band (left hand) in the final scene where he picks up the dirt to throw on his father's grave.

Is there meant to be a Pete lookalike at the funeral, i just watched it again (to check Jame's catch) and noticed a kid who looks like Pete but with a little Hitler moustache.

was gonna make a pic to show it but photoshop has gone nuts :(

Because, if I'm correct, if you pause it and look at his actual wedding ring finger, there's nothing on it. Looking quickly gives it that illusion though. I could be wrong. Nice job on the geography. that is a bit messed up.

as for me i found another problem in the episode.

The wrong number call for the chinese restaurant! The first time the guy gets fired, then he screams he quit and Clark and Chloe have brief 30 second conversation. The second time, the guy get fired he says he quits and the phone rings right away. that is an inconsistancy because the duration from the "YOUR FIRED!!, I QUIT!!" to the phone ringing should remain the same.

Just checked it now and zoomed in, it is either a ring on his little finger or a snowflake, it's not on his wedding marriage finger though.

One thing I couldn't figure is why was Lex alone? Johnathan was at his election party waiting for the returns to come in. Lex would have been at his election party waiting for returns to come in too.

Even though Lex lost he would have been giving a concession speech to his supports and talking to reporters about the lost and if he would run again. Lex would have been at the party for hours. Not at his mansion alone getting drunk and calling Lana.

Also Johnathan would not ever leave his party to go meet someone. The reporters would be all over him asking him questions. He was just elected a state senator so they would have had every minute of that night planned for him. He could never have left to go meet Lionel.

I still got a feeling that something is up with the hurry up funeral and stuff. But have to wait and see.

Spot on mate, also why wasn't Lana included in these photos? I mean she has always been let into the family in some way and now she has just announced her and Clark's engagement.

If anything i would say the Kent's would announce that and she would have been in the photos with Clark.
The party would have been a double event and neither JK or Lana would have left for anything.

But as you said, Lex himself would have been tied up at his own party. Thanking people and shaking hands until the early hours.

Thanks! Tom's forgotten to take it off before. In Visage when he is fixing a broken pipe for Lana in the Talon. He brushes back his wet hair with his left hand and opps there is that wedding band again. Then again maybe he really isn't forgetting to take it off!;)

Another error is when Lana is saying yes to marrying Clark. It was snowing behind Lana. On Clarks side its not snowing. Oh yes...and they are standing under no cover so they should be getting snowed on. lol

So no one else noticed that when Jonathan swings and punches Lionel with his left hand, after rolling up the photo the next scene shows Lionel's head snapping to his right?

It should have gone in the other direction since Jonathan swung with his left hand.

Go watch that one scene again, lol.

I thought it was a roundhouse kick....that what it looked like...cause you swing opposite from your punch for a roundhouse.
