Lana saw Clark?

In the scene when clark save lana form the bus and when she came out of her car, For a second I thought she was staring at Clark who was standing near the bushes. Then Lex came to Lana and Clark superspeed. Did anyone else thought this? Or mabe i'm just so mad i'm hallucinating.

She may have. The bus was right on top of her and should have hit her. Then it didnt. Even in the fortress she said somthing like "how many times have you saved me" or somthing like that. I think she basically knows but just needs him to say it.

She suspects alot. But it that scene, yah, it looked like she was looking in Clark's direction. She wasn't sure if she saw something. Typical Superman stuff.

I was hoping Clark would had saved her by showing his true self to her while he saved her from getting hit by the bus.

That would had been awesome.

my theory is she may not have seen clark, but after the entire thing, she felt like something happened that shouldn't have, she could FEEL something, but she had no idea what.

Bah, I could've sworn she saw him the first time I watched this.
But after reviewing that section of the episode again, nope, she didn't see squat. I know she didn't see Clark since you can clearly see her looking at Lex the entire time.
But, you can see a very wierd-out look she has, like something that wasn't meant to happen actually happened.
Sort of like when you see something familiar that you half-remember, and then it's completely diffrent and you're like: "hey, wasn't that supposed to be (the way I half-remember it)"

It did seem like she was looking in Clark's direction as if she knew something just happened to prevent her from getting hit by that bus.

lol i love how everyone says they think lana "knows"... cumon... when she goes home and thinks... "did i see clark right behind that bus?" im sure she comes to the conclusion: "You know what, I bet clarks real name is kalel, is from another planet... and how the strength of 10,000 men"

No - we're saying we think Lana may have seen Clark use super-abilties and may know he has them. Nothing about him being an alien (at least, that's what I'm saying).

Personally, I find it unlikely tptb would be so subtle about, but I did think I saw some kind of reaction from her that indicated she'd seen something.

I just think she knows he is different. That bus should have hit her. She knows it too. The way she was looking at JK as he drove by was a little weird. She also just abruptly left Lex standing there. I could be seeing it all wrong, but somthing tells me she knows somthing is up about what happened there.

I will have to watch that scene again to see if I see anything. I know this movie has been talked about a lot on this board, but if you all have seen The Butterfly Effect, at the very end, when Evan is living the life in which he decides to go separate ways with Kayla, he sees her much later in life. Of course he recognizes her, but she seems to have this feeling that she knows him from somewhere. Perhaps it could be the same kind of thing with Lana. Even though this day in her life was technically "re-lived" and she shouldn't have a memory of it, maybe somewhere in her unconscious mind she remembers what happened before Clark reversed time.

Kinda deep and psychological, but interesting I think!

I would have to give the writers a whole lot of credit if they pulled a twist where Lana saw Clark stop the bus, or even if she came to remember, somehow, what happened. That would be an awesome twist.

You're hallucinating. If you go back and watch the episode, she gets out of her truck looking in one direction(like straight out of her truck's door away from Lex's car which Clark is hiding behind in the bushes) [NOT AT CLARK] you can tell this when they cut to show Clark's viewpoint on the scene. Then Clark speeds away.

Watch it again for the bitter truth.

FTR, I don't think TPTB would have Lana find out so subtly. But she definitely seemed to be looking at something to me.

i think we're giving lana too much credit (a shame as i really like KK).

i won't go into the many times that clark has saved her life (that she's known about), just the last ep.

in the 99th ep., observant lana doesn't bother to give clark any credit for getting her out of the exploding warehouse (even though his clothes were pretty well charred). let's give lex all of the credit.

so if she can't notice that, then i doubt she noticed him at the bush.

Based on her reaction in the FOS, she doesn't even seem to think he is different, which is baffling.

I thought she just acted sort of deja vu and didn't see anything.

seemed to be looking at something to me.

She was just kind of staring off down the road where the bus came from, not at any bush. She just missed getting creamed by about a couple feet so I'm sure she was just in shock.

TO skip if lana saw clark or not what about the look she gave To JK and the fact that the scene was purposly slowed down to exagerate that fact. I think lana feels something is not right and this is going to push her drive to find the truth even more. I hate the idea if she gets into a relationship with lex. I mean come on lana character doesn't need to be passed around to every guy on the show because she is hot as hell. I would like to see her character move into a new direction in which she learns clarks secret on her own and secretly helps him form his identity maybe with the suit

i agree. although i secretly want to see it, publicly i could do without the "Lana Does Smallville" routine.

Looked like she was staring at the bus when she first got out of the car as the bus drove away...Then, she just looked shocked. Clark was hiding behind a small tree in an angle direction from he back so I don't think she was looking at Clark.

I was hoping Clark would atleast grab Lex by the throat and throw him on his a@# after JK grabbed him away from Lana :lol:

After she passed the bus, she looked back and Clark was still holding onto the bus. Then she stopped her car, got out, looked over in the direction the bus was, then looked in the direction Clark was standing. Clark was not standing at an angle, he was standing facing Lana and Lex and he was standing straight up and not behind the tree, just behind the small bushes that were in front of him. Then when he sped off is when Lana looked directly at Lex.

I disagree with you about Clark showing his true self to Lana by saving her because Lex would have seen him too and something tells me Lex is not meant to find out that way!
