Most of Clarks problems are Lana/Sex/Alien.

Chloe is the only person (apart from pa, mom and pete, who I think must be dead) that knows his secret, so does he really have a choice?

It's not like he can write to an agony aunt and say he wants to bang his GF, but the fact he's an alien is holding him back.

At and that point Jor-El his Kryptonian father will set him straight as it is gradual process for Clark to be weened away from confiding in Chloe.

I don't understand why Clark talks to Chloe about Lana. You could obviously tell that she's uncomfortable with it. He should've have "the sex talk" with his dad instead as well as the secrecy issue.
