Can I just say how much I *loved* the continuity of "Lockdown?" Finally! An episode that acknowledges that other episodes of Smallville actually happened!

Count the number of times this episode referred to other Smallville stories:

1) The "I had a dream" reference to "Lexmas"

2) The panic room was built in response to the nuclear threat episode

3) the villains survived (and discussed) the events of "Commencement"

4) Clark is now worrying whether the Lexana kiss / spaceship discussion he saw in "Splinter" was real (as evidenced by the "how long has she been working with Lex" question)

5) The Lionel Luthor funding storyline hasn't been forgotten about, and is being carried over from "Fanatic"

6) Lex was forced to tell Lana about the spaceship-vanishing incident from "Solitude"

and, um...

7) Lex is once more demonstrating the super-healing abilities mentioned in "Extinction" (in that he's up and walking around after being shot - and Lana calls him on it)

Any more?

8) Pete was mentioned by Martha.

9) The smacshed up truck from Splinter is at the Kent's farm.

10) Johnathan makes reference to how Lionel has demanded something in return for his help(like in Legavy, he make Jonathan sell out the Ross brothers.)

I'll watch it again and find more.

Imagine if the show had been doing that since season 1 and trough all 5 seasons. It would the best show ever period!

I like that. I find reaaly enjoyable to be rewarded for watching every episode :D

Thing is you're going to get either sides of the continuity debate everywhere. I like the details but they're too late to make up for the past four years.

But any way, they need to stay on it.

Mod Note - Closing since the other thread is already noted.
