I sure hope they don't pull a Pete died on the 100th episode. He has no relevance to the show anymore. If indeed he's the one that ends up dying, I swear I'll stop watching the show.

Pete being mentioned.. If you count that commercial we saw of him being in 7th Heaven, did anyone catch that?

Yeah, I saw that as well. Are they trying to tell us something?

I don't think it's Pete because if I remember, Al Gough said that a major character that's currently on the show will die.

i thought when the sheriff died, that was the "major" character.
of course they still could take out chloe in the 100th/next episode.

Ah, a major character that's currently on the show, that changes things.

Hey maybe they'll bring back pete for the 100th episode and kill him off and clark will be like "yes it wasn't someone I really cared about!"
Pete is not returning. Miller and Gough have said this on several occasions. They only mentioned his name because it fit into the context of what was being talked about, and for continuity purposes.
And I think Petes character was definetly over-rated.

Who's Nancy what in the heck have I been missing?
I have many opinions about who I would like to die.

And I think Petes character was definetly over-rated. I kinda agree with this because see what was his whole purpose in knowing CLARKS secret??? to just have him moved off with his mom has no continuity in anything... BRING BACK Alicia if anything

Pete's practically dead anyway. There's no point in killing him off twice.
