that's a good question but it still isn't known if he's Jor-El all the time acting a Lionel or Lionel all the time and he just has a type of black-out into Jor-El for short periods of time (Like in the movie Fight Club)

I acually think that Lionel Luthor still isnt back and its been Loin-El beacuse the way he is helping the kents and his suspious acts like last night and is suddenly against lex i can only think it is Loin-El
