Official Description and recap images look like this is going to be a good set up epsiode with Lex finally starting to turn fully evil and try and put Jonathan out of the race by doing everything he possibly can to win. Lex's followers seem to have a big part in this episode also and this is the first time we really see Lex's gang something that we are used to with Lex in the movies when he is plotting no good like capturing Lois and trying to turn her into his assasin since she can get close enough to do the job proper. And we now get to see Martha and Lionel together once again like we did when she worked for him and some people thought they saw something starting there..maybe it will continue? or is he all business and just giving Martha money to help her husbands campaign. Lana thinks the answers she is looking for lie in researching the first meteor shower so now we get to see her glued to a telescope like we did with Clark for most of season one. Just a few thoughts about the preview no spoilers or anything, if you have any comments or thoughts of your own to add about how you feel about the preview and so forth feel free to share with us on what you hope/wish to see or have strong feelings on what will happen in the episode.

I actually think this episode will serve to show us that Lex isn't actually as prepared to go into the heart of darkness as he thought. We'll see someone who's even more twisted than he is. Whether he is attracted or repulsed (or a little of both) to that remains to be seen. But I think this is setting us up to come back to being a bit more sympathetic to Lex, as he's not quite the evil freak he could be.

It is nice to see all the agreeance :) I agree with the base but think Lex will be alot more open to it then you make it sound given his comments at the very end of lexmas it seems like he will do anything to anyone to get what he wants no matter how ruthless the act is. But then again his team could possibly be acting worse than Lex but for some reason I get the feeling he will be all out when leading the troops to victory and only Lionel with all his money giving to help Johnathon and Clark with his powers will help sort Lex out in various ways, but by all means I am sure it will take more than one episode for Lex to tun into the evil freak we have all seen in the superman movies/comics and such, just a few comments to add on top of that if anyone else has comments or new ideas to bring up please do.

Yes, in the fact that Samantha will try and twist things up even more for Lex and try and put even more pressure on him to become more evil.

The fact that Lex will probably not condone her acts is proof that Lex isn't so flat out evil that he claimed to be becoming at the end of Lexmas, which is why it will be interesting. :D

It will probably take him a little time to get the balls to go flat out for all his power and money without caring about anyone else yeah. I am looking forward to the Clark and Chloe action in this episode mostly and looking for hints when Martha and Lionel meet about something maybe sparking from there and happening from when Martha used to work for him remember he gave her that watch as a gift, could have been a sign of things to come.

So wrong is so right on so many levels indeed. But as we all know two wrongs do make a right. :p

I always remember the episode where Ryan dies. Lex tells him that "becoming evil is a journey not a light switch" and Ryan tells him he should remember that. But I sure love the trip.

When I read the official description, I assumed that Lex would try to attack Jonathan and Jonathan would do something to get back at Lex. I should've known tha Jonathan would never do something like that.
