The WB's official description of LEXMAS?????

In the WB's description of Lexmas, it says that

"Lex is given an envelope with damaging information that will destroy Jonathan's life and must decide whether he will use it as it will also bring harm to Clark and Martha. Before he can decide what to do, Lex is shot and falls into a coma."


did i just completely miss that part. I mean i know lex was talking with that guy about finding information on JK but i dont recall anything about it "destroying" JK's life or bringing harm to Clark and Martha or even the envelope!!! so was this description just a forewshadowing of the next episode or did the tptb decide to leave those details out??? any ideas

Sounds like maybe the beginning of the episode may have been cut & pasted.
Either that, or their description was an old one, before the final cut of the episode. :\
