My recorder went kaboom when Lionel walks in on Lex to see how he's doing, this was right after Santa did the disappearing act. What happened? Was Santa the real Santa? Did Lex decide to go ahead with his evil plan against jonathan? Anything else happen?

As far as Santa goes... I dunno, I guess we're supposed to believe that yes, that was the "real Santa" since the remaining gifts disappeared along with Santa.

Griff visits Lex, who is standing and looking out the window, Lex tells him that in order to have happiness, he needs welath and power. He says he wants to be Senate and he wants JK out of the race. We see his Mom's reflection next to his in the window pane as it fades to black.

I guess it was the real Santa, Chloe turned around to get something and when she turned back around he, along with all the presents, were gone. And yes Lex ordered Cliff, I believe his name was, to go ahead and "pull the pin on that grenade" because he wants power. Also a rather cool ending, Les was staring out the windo with the spirit of his mother behind him and she slowly faded away, perhaps dissapointed in her son for losing his grip on his humanity.

Santa was the real Santa. Lex told the guy he hired to pull the grenade (go ahead with his plan). Other than that it wasn't much. You basically just missed deciding to continue on his path to power, in order to prevent destroying everything he loves. His reasoning being that with power he can do anything.
