Yeah he is, reminds him of myself when I was little. But the kid's kinda big for a car seat dont you think?

Kids stay in a car seat till they're 8 years or 80 pounds in Kansas. It's insane. I'm in NC and we have the same law. It's crazy. 80 pounds is a big kid.

Honestly, I think it's the same in MS, but I stopped using my carseat when I was like 2.
