Clark and Lois did not appear in any scenes together. What is up with that? I know, she had a storyline for once that didn't involve Clark and that is great and all, but the Clois scenes are so great. I want more Clois interaction.

On the upside, no Lana. Woohooooooooooo!!!

And what storyline would that be besides having her ass handed to her by Lex Luthor, providing a distraction so CHLOE could do the investigating, or pimping out a FORD FUSION so hardcore? Hello Pete! Except Pete was better at it, and funnier. :p

Or maybe it was to show that she has this blind hatred for a man that has done nothing but be completely generous to her in the past, including getting her into college (when she didn't deserve it), bailing her sister out of trouble with 50 grand AND one of his expensive cars (that her sister STOLE), and also pays her salary and provides her with housing, and now wants to make that same man pay by exposing him (to which she doesn't want to do ANY of the work) when she has no reason to other than some pre-concieved notion she has of him?

Yeah, those are some great storylines. *sarcasm*

GOLD! PURE GOLD!

You're my new best friend, even though you're a chlark, I'll look past that though. ;)

Wow what a completely nasty and rude post for absolutely no reason

Anyways I liked it, shows Lois can have a life outside of Clark unlike Chloe and Lana ;) :D

You only say that because its a knock on Lois... if it was on Lana I'm sure you would be cheering her on. :p

Why? Because it's the truth? I'm sorry but if a character is acting like an idiotic spoiled brat, I'm gonna say so.

I'm entitled to my opinion and am following the rules.

Oh! You mean like Chloe moving on to Met U and working at the Daily Planet achieving her life's dream? Yeah that's TOTALLY her not having a life outside of Clark.

Well, I'm a Clois shipper, but I wasn't too bummed about the absence of Clois scenes. Lois is interesting no matter with whom she interacts.

First of all, I loved her scene with Martha. Awwww, she really likes her future mother-in-law. And I'm glad she's on Mr. Kent's side when it comes to dealing with Lex. It doesn't seem like Lex has ever had someone so openly and brazenly challenge him like that so I like it! There is fire in this burgeoning feud. :D

Secondly, her scenes with Chloe were awesome. Once again, AM and ED show off their great gal pal chemistry.

Last but not least, I love the ending Daily Planet anvil with Lois. In fact, I love all Clois foreshadowing and Lois as DP reporter foreshadowing. Each of these scenes are like more and more nails being added to the coffins of Clana and Chlois -- 2 things I dislike about SV.

Well, Lois didn't ask Lex to get her into college, Clark did. She doesn't owe him anything for that. Lex helped her sister for his own reasons, so I don't know. Lois is someone who judges people on very specific criteria. She likes people with a social conscience. She doesn't see this in Lex. She sees a power grabber, like those she grew up with.

I interpreted the Talon scene as Lois being protective of the Kents. Jonathan's running against Lex, so she's defending her benefactors.

I actually like the fact that there wasn't Clois. I hope they do more development of Lois as an individual. And her scenes w/ Chloe are so fun -- even if I find them unconvincing. The scene at the gate reminded me of the scene with the soldier during the meteor shower when Chloe had to sneak into the mansion.... I don't think so! ;) But they're still fun to watch when they're working together.

I think Ford paid lois just to drive the new Ford Fusion....LOL
that was her only purpose in the episode.

Lex didn't have to help Lois, he did anyway, even if it was just a favor for Clark. Lois doesn't why Lex helped her sister, just that he did. Lois really has no reason to hate Lex. In the past, she seen that Lex cares about people but in this episode she's assuming that he'd make a bad politician just cause he's rich.
