Jor-El vs. Zod

You got to love the subtle irony TPTB have written into this episode. On the one hand you have Jor-El (at least the voice) in the FOS communicating to Clark; on the other, you have Fine trying to set General Zod free from the phantom zone. Both characters played by Terence Stamp. I wonder if he got two paychecks from the WB for this one :) .

i wouldn't be surprised if in smallville zod and jor-el are relatives maybe zod is jor-el's evil twin brother who jor-el locked away in the fantom zone and when zod gets out he will want revenge.
