If braniac isn't really dead then he should be pissed at Chloe. if jor-el doesn't kill her then he might. i mean i would hate hate hate that, but, ugh. (can't finish sentence). they are setting this up. Chloe and Lionel. Chloe and spaceship. Chloe and braniac.

I am all for Johnathon dying becuase frankly i wouldn't mind, but my faith for chloe is losing. i am trying to hold on, but this doesn't look too good. but, maybe, . . . . .neither does johns. i hate how they are doing this to us fans.

well think about this:
lionel, lex, lana, even some old freaks of the week all have reason to come after chloe.

yet none have, and they even reconciled to a somewhat strange neutral relationship to just ignore that they all hate each other.

im sure brainiac is still alive, he may attempt something on chloe..but clark will stop him in time.

If they kill Chloe, they might just kill the show. I've had my intelligence insulted nearly weekly for 4 years, but I still watch. Killing Chloe would be the last straw for me...and I suspect for plenty of other viewers.

EDIT: I include Lois in that equation because I really want one of my old predictions to be possible, which was that Chloe would adopt Lois Lane as her journalistic pseudonym. ;)

Since we're all predicting it will be Chloe, then maybe it won't. Think about it. TPTB like to suprirse us a lot. Maybe they're INTENTIONALLY setting it up this way to make us believe it's foreshadowing for her death, when in reality it's not. Kinda like in "Covenent" when they set up for her death, and then it looked like she blew up, but she didn't. I HONESTLY thought she died in that explosion. I don't know who else was fooled, but I definitely was. I was like, "Oh, Lionel is SO evil! Geez! I can't believe he killed her!" And then they brought her back. So who knows? We know she'll PROBABLY end up dying or something will happen to her before show's end, but remember, we have a whole other season, if not two. I'm not sure TPTB would want to get rid of such a popular, intelligent character.

Chloe on the otherhand has always alays been soooo cute and precious! Allison Mack always delivers tha beautiful sunset uber smile!

I agree 100% except, I read in the K-site polls Lana seems to have a bigger following than Chloe and that killing her character would be a "dangerous move" and anger alot of Kristin's fans.

Seeing that episode 100 is now already in post production, I would search for any clue or indication however so slight as to any of the characters in question----hoping it's not Chloe!:( :( :(

Chloe is the best female on the show for so many reasons,she is so pretty,without showing alot of skin,her inter self is hot enough,and I just cant bear to see her die,the show would not be the same ever,and I really think Clark needs to get his head out of Lana's but,and go after the best by far Chloe,Clark and Chloe are the most perfect couple by far!so Chloe just cant die or I might not beable to watch it again.:(

Also Braniac's credibility has to be given back to him after Clark handed his a$$ to him. What better way to do that and get Clark's attention by killing that someone who is close to him i.e. Chloe. That would presuppose that Brainiac has emotions which he does not and he verbally condemned such emotion as weakness in humans.

I'm a Chlarker and I have no doubt that Chloe will be in peril vs. the Brain but Clark will come to her aid.:) :)

Well, what can I say! And as for Chloe, well she got smart, she realised that she has Clark´s friendship and that if she ever wants to get further in her live she has to move past him and the fact, that he will, God knows why, never pick her over Lana or any other girl! Why, cos he is blind, but that´s another debate for another thread! Plus, she has something, which Lana or any other woman in Clarks life doesn´t have and won´t have for a long time! He trust her with his life and his secret! It is her, he goes to for guidance. Plus right now, she has college and the ´DP´, she has her hands full, a boyfriend would only occupy her time away from the things, which are more important to her future! I say, she is in a good place, where Clark is concerened!

I wouldn´t get my hopes up! the problem with Clark is, that he spend five years of his life and more even pining over Lana, out of some misguided notion that she is the right one for him! He is too stuck in that frame of mind to consider any other possibility, plus Chloe is too much for him! Despite that he has the ´highspeed´ thing going on 100 %, he would never be able to keep up with Chloe! So I am not even considering that possibility! I did at first, but then I saw it´s no use! Clark is a Lanafanatic!

Season 2 shows the process of Clark and Chloe becoming closer with the impending Spring Formal and his dilema he ask mom for adivce when she want him to ask Chloe not Lana to the dance.

She tells him he can't have it both ways, seeing Whitney is involved. Clark eventually does realize that he has feelings for Chloe and does ask her voluntarily! But Chloe sometimes puts up a false defense mechanism against Clark.

I am a huge Chlarker fan, and Chloe fan, BUT I don't think that Chloe would want to get together with Clark if HE were the one to ask. I think she is too afraid of getting hurt again and doesn't want to risk their great relationship that they have right now. Like in Onyx, when Clark was all worried about her, she liked it, but didn't at the same time. She didn't want those feelings to come back again. (i just wanted to use an example)

That's a good example, you noticed in the scene at the Kent house after the "half the lab fell on them" Clark was of course unhurt but Chloe as usual sustained a few cuts and bruises and sitting there in the kitchen Clark commented he didn't move "not fast enough" as he caressed her hair at her temples to see the scars. Then she brushes his hand away still smiling saying it would "take more than a few bruises" to stop her!!

If it were to happen I believe that Clark would have to work his arse off and convince Chloe that his feelings for her are genuine and he won't be going back to Lana.

As for Chloe and Clarks relationship having more angst than Clark and Lana's...are you kidding me. Clark and Lana's relationship has pretty much been defined by nothing but angst. While I agree there has been some level of angst in Chloe and Clark's relationship as well it doesn't come close to the level that has defined Clana. Now in season five Chloe and Clarks's relationship is angst free.

You and 'Watching Smallville' have hit the nail on the head with your posts----my sincere sentiments EXACTLY!!

And as much as I would LOVE to see them, grow to Understand and Love each other more with Genuine and Sincere Expressions without outside influences----Chloe is responding in the mature way she is at present---knowing she's content to be his best friend and sidekick and IS "a big girl now" with a will to match!!:) :) :)

She WILL delibrately TEST Clark on his loyality to her as well----she WILL not take---as any of us would not----'a One Sided Relationship'!!;) ;) ;)
