How long can Brainiac manipulate Clark and make him think he is his friend and there to help him and guide him before Clark (Kal-el) gets wise. Given Clarks experience with people of that sort (Lex) he should already be on high alert but how much pull does brainiac have as a sort of superior older and wiser more mature kryptonian that knows far more than Clark being he did come into his life posing as his teacher and all.

clarks always been too trusting. i wouldve thought knowing brainiac was "kryptonian" would make him more cautious though, cos he knows their type.

Yeah he was very suspicious with Kara, but he did go crazy last episode so...

yeah talk about the perfect way to gain Clarks trust with the silver K tricks and when he kept telling Clark "we are in this together" that had to work on his subliminal side alot getting him to trust him even more so then he comes and saves him and keeps him from killing Lana, a little too perfect for one not to be suspicious.

I cant wait to see the fight between them. Hopefully its better than the one in Arrival. They need to have an all out brawl between them two. I want to see some major @ss kicking.

maybe look at it like this:
clarks just recovered from severe paranoia, hes probably gonna try and trust his friends alot more than before to make up for his actions...& this might cloud his judgement.

They put the fight to shame a bit I say, a few super speed sequences and that was it until he impaled on the crystals.

The fight was too short. It should've been more like the fight in "Phoenix".
