Whoa...!!!

Splinter just knocket out Arrival as the BEST episode of the series...!!! Amazing story, each cast was involved.

The last 5 minutes with Brainiac/Fine was the icing on top...!!!

The twist with Fine revealing himself happened waayyy earlier in the season than I expected. I absolutely love it, though. It's an opportunity for lots of stories and character interactions that weren't possible before. I hope they do a good job of it.

It's the best episode of this season and last season and one of the best all together. This episode blew my expectations away.

From the first scene I was hooked. I agree - this beat Arrival for me. I'm still so pumped from how brilliant this episode was. I've said this before, I can't get enough of Marsters as Brainiac. TW was fantastic along with the rest of the cast. After the last two episodes, this got me right back into an ecstatic SV mood. The ending and the scene in the end with Fine and Clark was great. I can't wait till Solitude next week and even more of this season later. Way to go Marshall!

U missed the best ep of this season and last season. It was amazing! Brainiac reveals himself to clark and clark fights Pa and Ma kent and Lex while under silver K. The halucinnations were awesome!

i agree, this episode was AMAZING! absolutely brilliant. it is possibly my favorite episode of the whole series...but of course, i haven't seen Solitude yet :)
tom was fantastic! and AM was great, too :)

incredible episode :D

I agree it was an awsome ep but i still have "arrival" #1 on my list. "Splinter" would have to be second. Sorry if you don't agree.

Gosh, I can't wait to see it. I knew it'd be wonderful. The Lex and Lana! But not only that, everything seemed amazing. Only a little to go. Thanks, everyone! :)

Clark-centric,
emphasis on the characters,
didn't have to worry about continuity,
Chloe is revealed to the Kents,
moving right along with Brainiac,
it was quite a good episode, and much better than I had anticipated (vs. Exposed which I had expected to be good but wasn't).

This episode is the reason i am addicted to Smallville and this is the writting i always knew TPTB were capable of. This episode definatley takes the top spot, lets hope they keep this up.

And my god, somehow, someway make James Marsters a regular cast member, i look forward more to his and Clarks scenes than Clark and Lex's. Make James Marster a permanent cast member. I don't even care if he is Braniac, just keep him, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, damn Tom Welling pulled this episode off great, he can act.

I agree with every word you wrote!

At first I thought the episode started slow -- It's not that it did, I'm just a bit impatient (nasty habit, I know) I kept thinking 'when is Clark going to go crazy' (paranoid to be exact), but as soon as he did it was instant greatness. This was an excellent episode.

I just LOVE Braniac. He makes every scene so interesting!

Man, the smile Clark gave Lex when Lex point the gun at him was great. Too great. Great ep.

This episode was great. I"d put it on the same level as the other kryptonite introduction episodes.
