The last few scenes I just saw on the show reminded me so much of these movies. The scene were Dr. Fine takes the Silver K out of Clark... Matrix.... And the scene where Clark is all going crazy looking for Lana... the Shining. Don't you guys think.

Umm....no, I don't even try to compare any show I watch with a movie.

I never analyze a show with movies, I just watch it for what it is or to compare it to a movie.

If Clark had of been carrying an ax or something like it during that scene, I would have LMAO.

Yes, I actually agree. That TOTALLY reminded me of the SHINING. Clark was out of his mind, and he was like the villain, and he seemed so unpredictable. I thought the EXACT same thing.

It would have been hilarity like none other if they played it so that Lana didn't see him until he tore the blanket [or whatever it was] away and then have him say "Heeeeeere's Clarky!!".

That's what I thought it was. It wasn't as creepy as those twin girls were at the hotel in The Shining. They freak me out :(.

I swear I was waiting for him to say "Here's Johnny" lol.

you mean you was waiting for him to say "Here's Clark"... why whould he say "Here's Johnny" if his name is Clark

No, I meant as "Johnny" not Clark. IMO I think that would be little forced. Just a pop culture reference SV tends to do every now and then.

Such as, BtVS had two Shining references in the series "RedRum" and the lines Jack wrote on the typewriter.

And by the way, the matrix Reference is because when PROF Fine removes the spliter, it looks like hes using a minirature version of the device Trinty used to remove the bug from Neo in "THE MATRIX" part 1. And was it absolutely necessary for Clark to Choke Lana? That was not cool. First Anakin chokes Padme and now this.

It wasn't just The Matrix and Shining. There were also elements of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
