I dont think that matters. It should be 18. At 18 you are legal. I'm pretty sure you can be a stripper at 18 not 21.

well, clark, chloe and lois were minors because they were under 21 in a place that served alcohol. lois is only 19, and clark and chloe are 18. maybe they won't let you strip in metropolis unless you're 21 because the establishment serves alcohol. that's the only logical explanation for why lois would be considered underage otherwise. of course, det. sawyer could've been talking about the other girls working there, too. you don't know how old they were. they could've been under 18.
