Anyone looking forward to seeing the "Duke's of Hazard" boy's reunite?
Personally I'm not too familiar with them but my dad will probably be watching since the "Duke's" was his favorite tv show as a kid.

oh yeah its been along time coming. How old is you Dad?/ the reason I asked is because the Dukes were around in the 80's and I used to watch them since I was a kid, too. An I'm only in my 30's.

well, growing up in the South, The Dukes of Hazzard was a staple in our household. i wasn't born til '80, so Dukes had already been on the air for a while. so i mainly caught it in reruns...but i've seen nearly every episode and can't wait for the reunion tonight...i'm looking forward to the Dukes jokes tonight, too :D

Hooray for the Dukes of Smallville!! I used to love that show as a kid. I hope JK gets a big role today. Same for Luke Kent (hehe).

I just remember that Dukes of Hazzard reruns came on after He-Man episodes when I was a kid :)

Cool, He-Dukes and the Hazzards of the Universe! Just kidding...both were favorities of mine as a kid. I remember that the 5th season of the Dukes didn't have Wopat & Schneider and had 2 different Dukes. I wonder if they'll release that season on DVD.

probably, maybe... since it is still has the title of the "Dukes of Hazzard' even though TW and JS weren't in it.

They kept all the Duke boys off the cover for Season 5. Just Daisy. Though it's too bad... Schneider and Wopat return near the end of the season, and there's one episode with all five of them (Bo, Luke, Coy, Vance, and Daisy)
I still remember being five years old the night Bo and Luke returned to Hazzard. I was SO excited!

Yeah I remember being very upset that Bo and Luke were gone for almost that whole season :(
Smart move putting Daisy on the cover with the General Lee, that'll get people's attention for sure ;)

"I hope your 'Good Ole Boy' can explain this", they are throwing out a lot of references to the show.

Seeing the dukes catch air in that general-lee like car with Pa Kent driving was a moment of pure joy for me.

I'm not gonna lie, I was kind of disappointed, maybe with the episode. I'm not sure.. all I know is I wanted some more Wopat and Schneider scenes. I mean what we had was great, but..if we could have just a little more..

Lex should have showed up at the Kent Farm dressed in Boss Hogg's white suit and cowboy hat

I would have liked my screen time between John and Tom. The Dukes of Hazzard references were cute- I counted 4.
Hopefullly they'll be able to get Tom back for another appearence.

I liked the referense to "Chickasaw (sp?) County". Of course, that was the county that bordered Hazard in the series. The drive stunts were good homages too. Too bad they didn't get a real Duke boys jump in the episode. I was hoping for one. I was really hoping for one that froze frame to cut to commercial. But that would have been too over the top I guess.

That and the big jumps on DoH often would come close to totalling out the car's and I dont think Schneider wanted to do that. If I remember correctly I think there was some damage to the car just from that small jump though.
