Music video montages...

Did anyone else enjoy the music video montages after the episode was over? Maybe it is because I am an editor myself, but I thought that they were well edited, and I loved the scene selections. It was a cool way to promote the new soundtrack.

Which one was your favorite?

I loved the first one with the formation of the FOS. I also liked the one that hinted at Clark and Lex's relationship falling appart as well.

I am just hoping that some good songs make it onto the soundtrack because the last Smallville soundtrack sucked in my opinion.

yeah i liked the video collaboration from all the episodes from this recent season. (which isnt much but made me realize how much has happened)

didnt care for the cd as much as the fact that they played esthero =D

The old soundtrack really sucked. It only had like two good songs on it.

I am really hoping that they can get the new one right.

The song that I really liked so far from this season was Precious by Depeche Mode at the end of Arrival. Although I love 80's music so...

Depeche Mode. I liked that too. I always thought smallville had good music but i hear it's never on the soundtracks..

That is why I was so dissapointed with the first soundtrack they had. It is like they managed to pick all the worst songs.

Ahhh Ryan, I love the Talon Mix and listen to it alot (well, it's an edited version of the real Talon Mix). I agree with you on the Depeche Mode, but I also really liked "Collide" in Hidden.
I was thinking of you, Lane, and a couple others when I was watching the video montage. I enjoyed it, but I've seen better if ya know what I mean ;)
