I just got done watching thirst and my
mouth droped at the end when I saw
the daily planet set boy it looked just like
the one from L&C and to.I think Chloe stold the show and to the vampire stuff
wasn't as scary as (spell) was last year
it had some funny moments. And to I
noticed Clark and Lex talking again boy
third time in a role I guess there trying
to do there.Best to patch up there friend-
ship our whats left of it.And to it was
neat seeing Brianac/Fine in action. And to
I noticed the big superman reference at
the end and to I liked the shoot of the
daily planet at the end I wonder if they
did not barrow footage from Superman
Returns to do that because it sure looks
like it.Anywho great episode the daily
planet parts made it worth watching.I
didn't care much for the vampire story but
in all great epy..........................

the effects for the daily planet look so cheezy!!! I know they can do better then that. It looked better then that way back in the 1st season when they showed it.

It looks like a building that someone just created on Sim City or something. :D

Their budget was cut this season, but I still love the CGI DP building especially at the end :).

I kinda like the almost fairly tale "ish" look of the DP. Yeah it doesnt look like a real actual building but its not so I'm cool with that. I do think the DP looked better in Insurgence. It was just cool seeing at night with the Globe lit up and everything.

It felt like an interactive comic book of exiting out Chloe's workplace out to the building. Kinda like in "Delete".

IMO DP was made for the night since the globe lights up anyways :D.

I agree. It looks better in the night.

The last shot totally reminded me of Delete too.

Yeah, It looked more CGI that before, I don't know. It looked very cartoonish, but is was cool.

IMO I thought they spent more time on the CGI on the DP because the heat vision was really crappy this time.

You could tell they went low budge. Like the scene when Clark superspeeds to Chloe's dorm. It was cool and effective and saved money. I bet they watched Desperado and learned somethings from Rodriguez.

I was thinking the same thing . I have been waiting to do that move. I did thought it was cute with the whooshing wind. It made me laugh in a good way though.
