When that scene came up with Lana/Clark...I was expecting Lana to have problems feeding off Clark?
I thought you can't hurt the Man of Steel/Clark?

the k-rock was right there
kal'sGirl is right. Though I was expecting his blood to cure her of the virus like it has in episodes past.

Yeah, but why was he still hurt in the sorority house? He should have been better long before there.

Maybe the virus was effecting him and they just didnt show him vaccinating himself.

He had the serum on him. Which was made from kryptonite. So it still keeps him weakened.

The antitdote Lex gave Clark had more K-rock in it, if you watch it again you'll see that Clark gets immediatly sick after Lex opens the case, and he stays sick at the soriety house later on because even though it does hurt him, he brought the syringe with him so that he could cure Lana if she got close enough to try and bite hime again.

Oh, I was confused. I saw the glowing kryptonite stalactite and then saw vials of red serum and a syringe with green stuff. I had a slight feeling that the green stuff was kryptonite, but then wondered where the red serum was. Maybe the green was the dominant color when mixing the serum & kryponite together.

Let's remove the k-rock for a moment.
Since a vampire is a "magical" creature, and Clark/Supes can be affected by magic, would a vampire be able to feed from him?

In this instance, vampires were not a "magical" creature--they were the product of kryptonite infesting vampire bats and a girl in turn getting bit by them. IIRC, that is; maybe the ryptonite infested the girl then she got bit by the bat? Either way, that's why they called it like a rabies virus--it's like a rabies virus with kryptonite in it, which is Lana was able to bite Clark when the kryptonite nearby allowed her to bite through his skin, and that's why it affected him badly.
