If Clark/Superman were to ever become a vampire there'd be no stopping him. And we don't know that the mutation of becoming a vampire wouldn't make it so the Kryptonite wouldn't stop him. It could make him invulnerable to it.

In theory the sunlight stored by his body would destroy himself if he became a mythical vamp. :P

In this story sunlight didn't kill them. The vamps just didn't like it.

The episode was about a red blood cell disease, not actual vampires. It'd be an intruiging occurance, but not likely to happen. Just my opinion, of course.

still a question why Clark is still weak when there's no Kryptonite. Probably Loss of Blood.

If Clark became a vampire Chole could just get a cross made of green K. everybody would think it's the cross he's weak to.
