Oh god, I could barely watch the scene where Clark turns on the sprinklers so "A.C." can get his powers back.

WHY could you barely watch it? Overcome with arousal at the wet flexing muscles? Overcome with amusement at the solution being not to free him from his restraints, but look around for a VALVE to open, etc etc, just so he could actually use super-fish strength to break out like Lex said he would...etc?

I thought there was supposed to be some chummy thing about letting him break his own bonds symbollicly.... and maybe Clark was testing him out to see what the extent of his powers were.

all they really had to do was have some kryptonite next to AC and that would have been a good reason to turn on the valve (or have camera's on AC so that he couldn't physically go over and let him free)...

I thought it was funny how Clark turns this huge wheely-thing and miniscule amounts of water came out. I also liked how he was drenched in like three seconds.

I have to agree the scene was alittle cheesy. Why didn't Clark just broke the restrains and let him free? But looking at the scene from a female point of view, that was a GOOD scene!

That was quite possibly the best scene ever on "Smallville" ever.

Yes, it was over-the-top.

Yes, it was completely retarded that Clark didn't just walk over and release him.

Yes, Alan Ritchman's facial expressions and grunting noises were ripped straight from "What Not to Do as an Actor."

Yes, the small amount of water from the giant valve unrealistically drenched A.C. in microseconds.

But dripping wet, flexing, Aquaman with chest heaving and muscles glistening?

PRICELESS.

It was a cool scene, though I wonder why A.C. just stood there and waited to get wet instead of just jumping in the nearby pools that were right next to him as soon as he was free.

And thehenry89, he could have called out to the creatures of the sea like that TOTALLY UBER SCARY FoTW from "Whisper," he could have emitted a high-pitched "EEEEEEEEEEE-EEEEEEEEEEEEE-EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" and had his dolphin and manitee and penguin and octopus and lobster and elephant (the elephant was lonely and started living underwater) friends come save him!

What I meant to say, was that not everything has to involve CLARK using superpowers. Aquaman using his powers in that scene was fine with me. I think they included that scene to show that Aquaman has superstrength, in addition to his swimming powers.

Lets not kid ourselves here. This scene in Aqua will go down as the most ambiguously gay moment in Smallville ever. There is no way in hell that they'll ever be able to top that unless they actually do a geniune gay moment, this will not happen given that Clark is supposed to a heterosexual.
