We know (most) women have breasts, people are complimenting Lois's breasts in particular because they are especially attractive and were shown off this episode.

No one's being disrespectful. It'd be one thing to walk up to her on the street and stare directly at her chest then say "Nice boobs!" But she was showing them off on TV, it's not like we're supposed to just pretend that they don't exist. "Grown ups" realize that it's okay to find other grown ups attractive and respectively comment on their attractiveness.

PS: If you all like Erica Durance's figure, you should check out House of the Dead, she shows off a lot more than cleavage in that. She was a lot skinnier and had smaller boobs then, but still very attractive.

I'm male. I think Erica Durance is too skinny. I think all the girls on Smallville and on most television shows are too skinny. Erica was a lot skinnier in House of the Dead, though, so she at least has bulked up to a non-anorexic level.

It's not just females. I'm sorry that so many of my male brethren choose to drool over the skinny girls that they would probably snap like twigs just by getting a little rough in the sack with.

Example, Chloe. People kept saying she got fat just because she actually put some meat on those bones. I was SHOCKED when I heard anyone call Chloe fat. Chloe is a lovely girl who actually looks like she could enjoy a meal without having to stick her finger down her throat aftewards. Lois is actually a little bulkier than Chloe at this point, though, but Lois seems to have a lot of muscle. The one girl on this show that's far too skinny, though, is Lana. *But* she's just a small-framed girl, I don't think she has to try very hard to be small considering that she's part Asian (or something of the sort).

But anyways, yeah, all the girls could stand to put a little bit more meat on there, but they're still nice to look at as is.

Its not like ED is creepy anorexic skinny....she is skinny in "I work out" kind of way. We all have different tastes in women, and most of us, when we see a beautiful woman, know it. It doesn't mean that other people should bash her because they are not that thin...just my opinion. (And yes, technically I don't know if the girl that wrote that statement is fat or skinny, but the comment she made, made her seem the latter.)

I agree that it's lame to say that all women don't have breasts. Obviously all do, just some are smaller than others.

However, I don't get the knee-jerk reaction by some of you in thinking that this is somehow disrespectful. I didn't hear this when it was Chloe's breasts we were fawning over. Is that because Lois is better endowed and less respected by the female fan-base? Probably.

I'm not gonna join in the "you girls are just jealous" crowd, but this whole "omg you said something about her boobs you are evil male pig!!!111" thing is really pointing in that direction.

I don't listen to Howard Stern, but even if I did, I don't see how that has anything to do with my statement. I assume that the female that wrote that statement is heavier than ED just because why would she say, "eat a sandwich" if she was skinnier? That just makes sense. While I disagree with most women's reasons for getting implants, it is possible ED got them just because she wanted them that way. And that's her decision. You may or may not like it, but that's no reason to insult the girl.

And actually Chloe's breasts do seem to have grown some. It may or may not have been natural growth, or it could just be the right kind of bra. Either way, the cleavage that Chloe was showing off had to be from a bra, because boobs just don't do that on their own, just remember that.

I just mentioned Howard Stern to comment on the demographic of the male population that your attitude seems to suggest you fill.

Anyways, the part of your other post that I quoted is "fat or skinny". Saying you didn't know if the poster is fat or skinny suggests that you think being bigger than ED would be "fat". ED is *skinny*, but bigger than her isn't *fat*. You seem to have only two choices in your viewpoint, fat or skinny. And that's the problem I have with it. Just because the girl might be bigger than ED, it would not make her fat.

I'm not one to enter boob debates, but Chloe's have always been a decent size, so...not sure what your point was.

And it wasn't my intention to get down on ED for her choice in implants...it's just not my style to prefer silicone to the real thing.

But yeah, I think the conversation is getting a little personal. I'm not gonna tell anyone what to do ('cause frankly I'm not the mod so it's not my place) but I'm bowing out.

Hehe, the mods don't usually shut down argumentative threads unless they turn to personal insults. We've not done that so there's no fear in this getting shut down as far as I'm concerned.

I think people get scared of the mods because there have been quite a few threads that have been shut down when they turned argumentative. However, in most of those cases, it was because people stopped discussing the show or the actors, and started discussing each other.

They do look real, but it just must be a really good boob job. Go watch House of the Dead and fast forward to her topless scenes - they are much much smaller there, and I don't think that the growth looks all that natural. Not to mention her breasts had an odd shape to them in HotD, while now they seem to have the universal curviness of boob-jobs. It's still a really good job though, I usually hate breast implants but Lois's just look percect.

About your second paragraph - I agree completely. The girls drool over Tom and talk about how sexy his chest or butt is. I've never complained about that, and I expect to be able to talk about how sexy Lois's chest or butt is without any complaining as well.

I think someone said "If I can touch them, they're real." Perhaps we should say, "If we can enjoy looking at them clad in a bikini, they're real." :)

ED really looks great, and I don't think it's insulting to have a thread about her body. You don't have a body like that, dress it up in a bikini, and then expect people NOT to talk about it.
