did anyone else see that lex's computer was looking at pictures of a galaxy with a red sun? ...or am i totally off?

Actually that's EXACTLY what I initially thought when I first saw the images but then as it cleared up it looked more like an underwater scene.

So I'm kinda wondering if there might've been a teaser or hint in there somewhere ;).

No, I'm pretty sure that was a satellite image from space (First of all, why would Lex be looking at Aquaman underwater at that point anyway when he has no clue who Aquaman even is and hasn't even met the guy by that point in the episode) and second, I don't recall Aquaman looking like a round red dot. That was quite obviously a satellite image of a debris field orbiting a red sun or planet (not saying it couldn't be mars, but odds are that it was the remains of Krypton)

The bigger picture we should be askign ourselves is if it was Krypton, or what was left of it, how the hell did Lex no where to look for it.

Ummm... it was a picture of Aquaman. The red dot was that sonar device, but as the picture zoomed up you could make out AC. And Lex wasn't looking for AC he was just investigating the 'disturbance' that his device experianced.

guys, he was watching a vid from the testing of that weapon. he then noticed something goin past it, so he froze it, cleared it up, and it was a blurry image of AC. i'm 100 percent sure of that.

the red dot was the small red light from the device that was underwater

Hydra, and that would make total sense except that the scene in question takes place before the "distrubance" during the test. If he was investigating a disturbance from his earlier test it should have been mentioned that there was one, it wasn't.

If by his 'earlier test' you mean the first test that caused AC to go haywire, then yes there was mention. AC tryed ramming into the device but to no avail. Then afterwords Lex was gloating at how great the test went, and his scientist lady was saying "yes and aside from the one disturbance everything went well".

also, if u paid attention, u could make out AC's face in the image as lex was enhancing it.

Hydra, The "one distrubance" was the death of all the fish in the lake, thats why they went into it and explained it so that the dumber watchers could figure out that the device killed the fishies.

i beg someone to get a decent screen cap of the final image...after lex enhances it as much as he can. i guarantee you'll see that it's AC underwater

Vossy, The reason Swann knew where Krypton was easier to explain.

Clark: "Is that where Krypton is?"
Swann: "No. That's where Krypton was. I followed the path of the transmission billions of miles out into space. I was hoping to uncover it's origins but instead i found...nothing."

Dgreen, Hey, if i'm wrong I'm wrong. I wasn't paying that much attention, but I myself would like to see a screencap. I'm almost positive that was not a video of the testing.

Exactly. If Swann found nothing, then Lex certianly wouldn't have.

And besides. It clearly WAS a picture of AC becuase when Lex zoomed in all the way you could see his FACE!

I tried to get a capture using my recorded video on my computer but windows media player does not allow this. Too bad. But it is deff a pic from the test site of the weapon. I am 99.9% sure. Aqua did hit it when the sound came on. Also I have an ATI Wonder TV advapter. I am not downloading illegal stuff.

i just meant that swann knew where krypton was and if he knew where it was chances are lex could have got the info from him or bridgett crosby... with or without them handing it over

Definitely not space or whatever. :p

Later on when Lex demonstrates the device to the military (or tries to) you see the same kind of screens.

It was a scene underwater, not outerspace.
