Oh my,

Sitting on my couch watching Smallville.... I cheered and screamed WOOHOO!!! (at different points in the show)... It was all there, good storyline, mythos was present, and the show moved forward.

My friend and I, Jack..uh Mr. Daniels nominate this show as my favorite.

I have to agree. It is definitely one of the best for me. I felt a real emotional pull in this episode.

ya i thought this episode was great. it was awsome when lionel got super powers and the whole thing in the fortress. i thought the whole missle thing was good and when clark did a superjump to stop it and the explosion was awsome. they should have did the superjump from a different angel cause they way they did it didnt really look exciting when he jumped. it caused alot of people to wonder if it was a jump or flying. i like the begining of this season cause it seems to be more focused on the back story. last year the back story was with thre stones and they donly had a couple of episode around the plotline and little bit of info during some episodes. i like how each episode of this season is more connected with clarks destiny with being enemies with lex and the whole thing with his destiny and saving the world

I think it's supposed to make you wonder whether or not it was a jump or a flight.

Loved it

The beginning confrontation with Mom and Dad was great.

Clark being shot (very sad!) was spooky and dramatic

Jor-El possessing Lionel...John Glover did wonderful, especially with his hand gestures (anyone notice how he gripped the sides of his upper jacket like Jor-El?

The super-jump...er...flight...something-rather...wicked.

Overall, one of the best. All the episodes thus far have been great.

I do think that the last two episodes show how important Lois is to the program and ClarkMan.

This is AGREED! 100%!!!!!!!!
An emotional (even tearful at times) episode!

Note! The 'Mortal' Episode was also polled 100%!

So far it just keeps getting better and better!!

This episode was the best display of raw emotion from all of the characters. I laughed at Clana getting busted in the beginning, my heart ached when Clark was shot, and I cried (just a little) when they reunited at the Kent house. He picked her up like a rag doll (you could really see how big TW is compared to KK). Anyway...It was great and so were Arrival and Mortal. I hope the season keeps this pace. I'm keeping them on my DVR as long as possible!!!

My favorite part of the entire episode is when Chloe walks into the house and was like "Why would Lana be here at 6:30 in the mor-.....OH.."

I was surprised by this episode in all honesty, I wasn't expecting that much from it. We've already seen a psychopathic anti-meteor freak guy in Extinction, Clana doesn't really interest me anymore and there's not much suspense when Clark dies, its inevitable he'll recover pretty quickly (typical to comic style). But, I really really enjoyed this episode. These Season 5 episodes are among my all-time favorites, considering I'd be hard pressed to find a Season 4 episode I'd put in my list.
