I cant believe Clark and Lana didnt have an on-screen talk about what happened with him in the hospital. They probably didnt want to show it because it would of had clark lieing to lana again that would bring the season three stuff back again. that was the scene i was looking forward to, what excuse he would tell her? guess we will never know.

id love for clark to walk in on a scene like lana and lex had and start flipping out on them or tell them something like a hint that he shouldnt of said.
