. . . Of course, we wouldn't know. For some incomprehensible reason we got no exposition on that whatsoever. I don't get the flippant attitude toward homicides in Smallville, especially when you're the cause of it.

we should ask lana, clark and lex that too :)

It was self-defense and she was more concerned about the missile.

Well it was only time before Chloe was bound to be in a struggle with the end resulting in death of her attacker. I mean Lana's done it, so has Lex, and Clark. So I guess it's Chloe's turn.
does it matter? these people are all psycho's, they deserve to die.

I hope they don't do a Lex black-mails Chloe, like their doing to Lana. That would suck.

Really, nobody needs to get killed on SV. But TPTB must think human life is cheap. So sad.

LOL, this is a TV show, and there's death in almost every show/movie.

Yes, and it's desensitizing us to the value of human life.

Bull - people used to go out and watch civil war battles being fought for entertainment - that's insensitive to the value human life and there was no tv then.

Why is it that they have all killed people, but have never been in trouble for it? Not even a court trial, nothing.

If she is anything like lana she wont care about the first time she kills anyone, just the second time.

Probably she told the sherif what happened and forensic would back up her statement and since they knew about waht Gabriel was doing then she will not be probaly be in trouble for this.

Yea totally glossed over that part eh. While Clark was wallowing in self pity, Chloe was being selfless as usual being there for him when she'd just killed someone, no biggie:S Any, betting that'll never be mentioned ever again!

Not really given the gun went off during a struggle while still in the Gabriel's possession.

Does it cost more than freedom or less? Because freedom costs a buck-o-five? :D

Oh, Chloe killed someone. She should go to trail now and it should be investigated, right? I mean that's what everyone wanted when Lana killed GT, isn't it?

I think Chloe will be a serial killer by the end of SV. Maybe this is what flips Chloe over the edge. Clark better watch himself he might have a Willow type situation on his hands pretty soon.

Well, Clark would BS his way out of killing someone, which in some cases, he hasn't. hehe.
But Lana should be the one to ask, she has killed what, like 3 people so far.
Chloe had to get a few body counts in there, it isn't Smallville without someone being on the list.
I know if I were born in Smallville, I would move out asap.
