Never been a big fan of Clana, but this is one of the best seasons ever.

Tellin' me! I really do not like Clana, but I'm so hyper over everything! Of course, it may just be that I'm going to the fair tomorrow, but I am a sucker for happy moments!

When I started watching SV I was a huge L&C fan. I knew that Clark should be with Lois. But the more I watched the more I became sucked into the Clana relationship. I know that the Clana fans are overjoyed at this seasons insertion of this relationship. I think that they felt very cheated when it all fizzled out in Exodus. They are finally getting a dose of them in a real relationship. But I think that it will make it all the harder to see them brake up in the future. But for now, I have totally been enjoying it.

I have really enjoyed CLANA so far this year. It is nice to see Clark and Lana finally so happy they can't stand it. I was hoping they wouldn't end the episode with depressed Clark again, but they did. I hope they stay together and can somehow be happy.

The angst is going to be worse than ever for Clark from here on in...and this time it seems as if they are making Lana play the fool as in someone-in-denial kind of fool...at least before he had the guts to let her go when he knew he wasn't ready to make the sacrifice of sharing his secret with her...he hasn't explicitly talked about her knowing putting her in danger, more that he fears she wont' accept him...this will make the Clana tough to bear...A Gough said it would be a happy relationship this season...I fail to see how this can happen beyond Mortal...he's back to lying and not wanting to give her up while she's on to being the biggest fool ever with Lex trying to build suspicion...what do they ever talk about? It's irksome to me that all his intimate conversations are with Chloe and there is really very little but lust going on with Lana...this is not always the way it was with them...in S1-3 it was all about their building a friendship and finding common ground...her innate sense of empathy and his innate sense of justice and helping those in trouble...

We all know it's a "doomed" relationship ... but that's part of what makes it a) sweet and b) a mystery. The mystery is not IF they will break up ... the mystery is how and under what circumstances. I think the writers will come up with a way to end it ... at some point, not necessarily soon ... that preserves the dignity and "likability" of both characters. I think that's what most Clana fans deeply desire...

You are way more generous than I am! I was really frustrated by the resurrection talk getting shelved and really only brought up by Lex --who was talking sense to Lana -- Understood that it's doomed, but Clark needs to learn something from it all...he keeps going back and forth between the truth will put Lana in danger and the truth will make her reject me...he seemed to be leaning on the latter in the end of Hidden and that will not bringing him to a place where he voluntarily tells her b/c he realizes he can't have true intimacy and hide who he really is...this is the revealing of the secret angle that has never been attempted yet on SV

Don't you guys think that at least one of the reasons he is not telling her this time is b/c of Jor-El's threat against "someone he loves"? Maybe he thinks that her not knowing will protect her somehow?

The powerful spots with Clark, and Chloe's relationship makes it great for me!!

Lex seems interesting...curious to watch him as the season progresses...

I don't think Jor-El really cares if the "someone he loves" knows his secret or not.

Agreed...I think there's some weak script writing here b/c Clark keeps flip flopping on why he can't reveal himself to Lana when in previous season's he was very explicit about his reasons...Clana without any emotional intimacy between the two is intolerable...are we supposed to think that Lana tells Clark of all her creepy interactions with Lex? I would think that would be key...in the past...especially S3... she always took the high road with Clark and made a point of being open and felt guilty when she kept things from him...even in S4..and the bit with Lex has everything to do with Clark...
