I dont know if I missed something in Mortal but were there any references, looks, inuendo about Chloe knowing from the Kents?
I think that is a dissappointment for me.....a small one, since it is only a 40 some odd minute show and a great deal was covered....or rehashed depending on your point of view but dang it...
I did want to see what the Kents think about Chloe knowing....and for a long while also...
Maybe some mention of it in the future eppys? Guess we shall see

It's only been two episodes and roughly a month and half in the season so far, and the stuff that Clark has had to deal with is nothing small. He hasn't had the time yet. I'm sure the Kents will find out eventually, and I'm sure they will be more skeptical because Chloe writes for the paper.
Eventually seems like maybe 4 or 5 eps down the line when things calm down a little. Dont see it happening just yet.

I don't think so, if they do, it was subtle.
Besides, I think what they suspected most is Clark and Lana having sex already.

his parents probably already know some of the stuff clark and chloe talked about were too out in the open for his parents not to know
I have a feeling that they know, but they haven't gotten around to discuss it in detail yet. And there is no point to it for now since everyone thinks Clark is going to stay mortal, but maybe they will bring it up once he gets his powers back.

 Agreed. I think they're more concerned about the Clana part than Chloe knowing the truth part. :D

That look was because what he was thinking "Clark only figured stuff out before was because of his powers. He doesn't have his powers anymore. We're doomed."
Okay, so maybe not the "We're doomed," part but he was just upset because Clark doesn't have his normal advantage anymore.

Apparently, 'weeks' have passed between Arrival and Mortal, so maybe he has told the folks by now. There wasn't much of an opportunity for a conversation on this point to be had, either.

Either way I just can't take one of thier long drawn out moral surmons. You would think after all that happens to them they would read sign better, even the sherrif got that something was wrong. Clark yelling at his parents was a big enough clue for them.

That was awfully acted, btw. Just thought I'd say that. And it was loud, and it took 10 years longer than saying in a quiet voice: get out of here and call the cops, there's a freak holding lana hostage'
Of course, if he HAD given a warning, Jonathan would have just rolled up his sleeves and tried to kick some ass. An episode is not complete until Jonathan Kent has squared his jaw and gotten himself flung against a distant wall or object.
Re: Jonathan in general: I'm still waiting for something to top" Chloe's not acting like herself" in response to being pimp-slapped down a stairwell with and axe handle.

I think they might be ok with it remember in the ep scare, they said at the end that he will find someone someday who he can share his secret with, I know they were probably giving us a nod like it was lois but maybe they think it will be chloe anyway because of thier friendship.

Good point Brainiac!
I do think Jonathan trusts Chloe though.
