This is something that's really getting on my nerves about the Lex character:
He seems to believe that everyone is obliged to reveal to him everything they know about whatever it is he's interested in.
"You're not telling me everything..."
Well...yeah....SO? Just because you want to know something doesn't make MEEEEE responsible for giving you information...right?
Subtle, subtle seeds of megalomania. ;)
Excellent.

Well... He was taught that MOST times, money can buy everything in the world... He has so much "power" that he's as close to GOD in that small town as anyone is.

You're right Lex is rich and thuis thinks he's entiled to everything he wants.
Yeah this is true, but he is getting annoying with all the interrogations. If he wants information so bad he should just use survelliance, he's not been a good enough friend to ANYBODY for them to confide in him. HE lies more than anybody, to disatrous results, and expects everyone to be straight with him. He's assuming disclousre on the basis of friendship, which in his case is pretense. I'm glad Clark saw through his deception and finally decked him . If they never made another Smallville episode I'd be glad with this one.
I hope they continue to ramp up the series( in preparation for the Brian SYnger movie), and keep the mommentum they started this season. I wish Synger would guest direct an episode. Hes the best.

As much of a Clark fan as I am, the same could be said of him.
Example:
Clark: Why didn't you tell me about all this stuff?
Chloe: We all have our secrets Clark.
(which was a nice throwback to the Pilot episode, when virtually the same dialogue took place)
