So it begins - Lana/Clark and Clark vs Lex

Clark and Lex are finally full blown enemies, I swear to god if they make clark and lex make up and be friends again i will quit watching the show, lol, that was the best ending to a friendship .. ever. I like in the next scene "What happened?!" "I said goodbye to an old friend" i was like whaaaaaaat..


and now clark and lana are finally together.. YAY For season 5!

personally i will have to go on record and hope that Clark and Lana don't last... cause if this lasts he will just focus on Lana and nothing but Lana... now that he's done the deed maybe he can focus on his future instead of his little soldier... he needs to focus on his destiny and not just on getting Lana in the sack

I'm with Shadow on this one, we've had to watch the Lana/Clark bit for 4 seasons now. Hopefully once he gets his powers back he'll realize a relationship isn't possible and move on. It's time for the writers and Clark to start focusing on his transition into Supes.

I honestly think that those scenes will get cut. I just don't see how they could go back to being friends again, not after that.

No offense, but I am sick of this. This is now the FOURTH spoiler I've read so far in these threads in this episode alone.

I don't want to know who's appearing in a couple episodes.

I don't want to know specifically how many episodes a reoccuring guest star is going to officially appear in.

I don't want to know when Clark gets his powers back.

I don't want to know Clark and Lex are going to be buddy/buddy again.

The only reason I am here on these forums, is because I trust you guys to keep the spoilers in the spoiler forum, and I was referred here under the impression the moderators look very dimly on this type of thing.

The mods can't do everything themselves. Please make their job easier for them, and keep these forums a place for those of us who _don't_ want to stumble across these things several times in one night....

I don't think they will be true friends, but not enemies yet.

Clark and Lana:
No mentioned birth control... a kyrptonite abortion may be in the future :) But I have been tired of that relationship for a long time. Chloe needs some lovin' :)

Agreed that I don't want spoilers of any kind mentioned on the episode boards. Leave them for spoiler pages.

As far as Clark regaining his powers, that's sure not a spoiler. We ain't got Superman without super powers, so that's a given.

Now then (and maybe it's been mentioned elsewhere) I have had trouble logging in immediately after episodes, so I can't share thoughts right away with the rest of the devoted. The servers are getting slammed here; maybe more members? That's a good thing, but it would be nice if the servers can support the fan base for the sake of the discussions.

So this morning I'm getting my first log ins after the ep. Probably all the ideas and comments are spoken, but my thoughts of Clark/Lex.....the look on Lex's face when he hit Clark back was of surprise/dismay that he actually hurt Clark. Lex is majorly obsessed, but let's face it, he's figured it out. I believe he thinks Clark is some kind of an alien who can't be injured, and can do amazing things. He was certainly disappointed that Clark was bleeding (though I think we've seen Lex see an injured Clark before). Friends again? How dumb is the BDA, but of course "keep your enemies even closer" - when Clark knew Lex was visually spying on him and Chloe, the jig is up (and of course Lex denies it as he's closing his laptop). Clark does not/should not trust Lex, but should keep him under watch.

Clark/Lana? We can assume they did it at the end of the ep, but I agree that when he regains his powers things change again, but of course Chloe knows the secret (and urges him to be what he is detined to be).

And it all comes back to not who will know Superman's secret identity, but who doesn't????? Even the FoTWs from Bell Reed (or whatever its name is) all know that the Kent boy is something different.

Yeah I think the Kryptonite freaks probably think that, in the least, Clark is Kryptonite-effected, too. But I don't think _any_ of them at this point think Clark is an alien. Even Chloe had a suspicion that Clark was a Kryptonite freak, not a Kryptonian freak. :D
