I laughed out loud when I saw all the candles randomly lit. Reminded me of the 20 some thousand she used last season for just that one sex episode... hehe.

I noticed all the candles too. for someone who has never had sex, she always seems to set up the environment for it. She must not know that candles are the #1 cause of home fires. Hmmmmm....

candles set the mood but when I see alot of them together like in I think it was Unsafe... I feel scared for the actors on the set. I'm so clumsy and I just see them falling like dominos.

it was sweet, but i have to say that it sure seemed like lana had it planned :) and it did look like a fire hazard! so many candles...AND a fire in the fireplace! isn't it still supposed to be summer...in KANSAS? it gets pretty hot there in the summer...no need for a fire... but i guess you do what you gotta do to set the mood ;)

Oh my god, yeah the candles are out of control! My Dad goes, "Damn! The girl loves those candles!" (Unsafe, Pariah, and now Mortal) had some serious candle scenes. :lol:

Oh, and Brainiac, yeah I know what you mean. Martha, Lex, Clark, they were all wearing pants, not shorts. I think Lana was in long pants too. What is wrong with these people? I've been near Kansas and it was scorching!

I was going to mention something about the candles after the episode last night, but couldn't get on for the people flooding the site.

What I wanted to say is this.

I don't know where Lana is buying her candles, but man if I lived in Smallville I would have a candle shop opened right next to the talon. Talk about racking in the cash. She must buy like 800 candles per kissing scene.

I feel sorry for the poor bastard that has to light them before the scene each time.

Take 14 on lighting the 800 candles.

did she have colored candles or all white. cause colored probably means she's a freak...she like all sorts of crazy things. now on the other hand white candles probably mean shes more into just straight up, no experimenting, kind of stuff. if anyone has a screen cap i'd like to see it. should give us some more insight into the lana character. also, what kind of shoes was she wearing during the final scene. and what kind of perfume, do you think it was something subtle,yet sexy.. or wild(u know the kind that makes a guy go...woohoo thats the gal for me) alright i know i'm bein a bit of a smart ass here, but after what lana&clar4ever said, i decided to see how far in detail we could take this one particular scene.

i imagine clark had something like 'wild mustang'', or 'hey i'm no longer an alien so we can finally have sex with eachother even though we'll end up breaking up anyway' cologne on, but hey maybe i'm wrong

She didn't even have that amount lit when she was planning to do it with Jason. And another thing that bothered me about that episode is how do you seduce someone with a big ol pajama top?? Not gonna get anything with that.
