Clark definitely needs Chloe's help now that he's mortal! Chloe is smart, talented, and resourceful with her hacking and her trunk full of gear. And Clark's totally useless and doesn't even know his left from his right! :p

Chlark was awsome in this episode.
Chloe's comments concerning her newly discovered knowledge about Clark and his willing change to normality was great. The airduct conversation, especially the part about Pete was perfect! Chlex was pretty sharp as well. Leave it to Chloe to stare into the jaws of a shark and not flinch.
I'm amazed at how well AM portrays Chloe. She just keeps on delivering!

agreed! there's no stopping Allison--ever. She's a steam-roller going downhill on an icy road.
I have such high hopes for her--but then that's another thread I guess.
I thnk this episodes vent-scooby dialogue is the best light-hearted discussion clark and chloe have ever had!

I'm happt with this relationship now, i was concerned about whut would happen with him losin his powers and her reactions, so i was nice to see they jus went ahead took care of it outside of the show, and the trunk was gangsta.

Do you think it would be too much for lana and clark to be together for a while ,then whenever that ends (cause we know it will) Clark gets with Chloe and then somehow Lana gets with Lex, all in this season.
I just really want Chloe and Clark to have a chance. I love them as friends but I think I would love them more as a couple.
Maybe that will be the reason for the Clana break-up and Lana will turn to Lex. I have it all planned out in my head, I just hope it plays out that way.

Chlark always is the highlight of any episode. Clana is never.
the chlark ruled in this episode... but for some odd reason, the clana didn't compleatly bug me.... until lana's fire trap, candle filled apartment scene....

Lana wanted to set the right mood for TRL and Hogan Knows Best.
It's what defines her. At least i think...I can't think of anything else that might.

chloe was awesome in this ep. i'm so glad they're also not making chloe be all jealous of the clark and lana relationship. they made her look really bad in that ep. now it's a little more carefree and everybody's ok

Clana didn't bug me as much because Lana wasn't whining about secrets, lies, honesty, blah blah blah. It was actually kind of hot.
Nothing compares to Chlark though!
Chloe: Gosh, Clark, I didn't know Super Whining was one of your powers.
Clark: Pete was a lot at better at pep talks in these situations.
Chloe: Pete?!?!
*Clark bumps his head on the vent*
Chloe: You told Pete your secret?!?!
Clark: I kinda had to. He saw my ship.
Chloe: What? Pete got to see your space ship?!?!
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
By far, my favorite scene in the entire episode!

clana sex or not this episode was owned by Chlark.
I love the line by clark:
"WHo needs super powers with you around?"
and the reusage of the line
" we all keep secrets clark" especially cause now it has a totally different meaning than the pilot episode.
How chloe cant let go of him having powers and then later on how she says that someone else cant either that someone being lex of course.
I love how chloe pretty much provoked the fight .
I wonder if it has anything to do with lex calling her a third wheel. What a major a$$!
At least she has friends :p
But her reaction was great to his comment with almost no jealousy what so ever. I'm proud of her.
She really is a great friend/ Kind of makes me think if clark even deserves her at all.
I really really wish i could see that epi again. :(
ALL the chlark was great.

That always bugged me how Clark could just never settle for Chloe. Heck, I could tell Martha even seemed to be pushing for him to choose Chloe. It probably has something to do with the awkward tension between Mrs. Kent and Lana's stuck-up aunt.

Clark and Chloe outside LuthorCorp
Chloe looking at the lock on the door
Chloe "So what do we do now?"
Clark "Well, usually I'd just break the lock on the door, speed past all the cameras and rip open the vault with my bare hands"
Chloe "So basically what you're saying is that without your powers, you are completely useless"
Clark just smiles, Chloe smiles back and rolls her eyes playfully!

Yeah, I agree with everyone.. In the trailers of this episode everyone only got to see and know about the Clana sex scene. But Chlark stole the show... Chloe is a great friend. and her and clark need to be together..
I don't know why clark is so in love with lana.. all she does is complain.. Lies, Secrets...etc.. Chloe knows his secrete and now they can be honest with each other. I don't think lana can handle knowing clarks secrete like chloe can. Chloe is more opened minded about that stuff.. Lana is a Prude.. My opinion..
Yeah that vent scene in luthorcorp.. Was the greatest....

I hope they do an "undercover honeymoon couple" type stakeout episode, like Christppher Reeve/Margo Kidder did in Superman II.
That would be like icing on the cake for any of us CHLARKers!!!!!!

Lois & Clark had an undercover as a married couple on L&C, didn't they? I seem to remember Lois had the bed and Clark slept floating and drifted over above her and then she woke up and was surprised and made a sound and he fell out of the air or something.
Alas, Clark and Chloe are probably still too young for them to work that particular sting. Sure, there are people their age married, but in tvland?

LOL!!! Tickled!
True. But, I mean (LOL!!) Allison and Tom doing a honeymoon couple scene as Chloe and Clark---her probably in negligee going "tada tada" with him getting flustered. Like classic Clark Kent!!
They gotta do something like that----message board will be jammed for days!!

I'm glad that she knows his secret, and that they have startet to work together, but, I still can't see them as a couple.

Not a romantic couple. They're just friends...for five years, minus about 1 or 2 epis, I think. Just friends. But they're great together as friends.

Well ladies, I didn't mean a romantic couple per se (although I think I would be)
I think they can do a good undercover scene or episode together in the vein of a couple on a stakeout in Metropolis, with a few humorous moments on the part of Chloe and/or Clark.
For example the elevator scene in Season's 4 'Bound' episode.
Chloe: "...come on big boy, it's for the cause of true and justice..."
A very flustered Clark Kent indeed. Those high moral values instilled by Martha/Jonathan Kent. I think Jor-El did chose wisely those two to look after little Kal-El.

Yea, and I bet the fact that he met Jonathon's own ma and pa 60 years ago helped instill that notion.

Yeah! I wanted to mention it but failed to do that!
That was the episode Relic---when Jor-El was sent to Earth as punishement to "serve as lesson"... A he said to Louise..."my father told me their are always consequence to one's actions"...
I Believe that meant young Jor-El did something on Krypton that his father did not approve of and sent him to Earth (a primitive environment by Kryptonian standards).
But, back to Chlark....let's go for the gold, you writers of Smallville!

It would definitely mean Clark is learning from his confidant Chloe and taking certain cues from her.
As it has been said in other threads, Chloe is one of the best people on the show to guide him in the process as to becoming Superman.
In other words Chloe,Jor-El, his earth parents and loved ones will all be instrumental in honing the rough edges of the young Clark Kent!

I loved the Chlark from last ep. The ep before too, but last ep especially. Her knowing his secret is just the coolest thing ever.
Him saying that the people in his house were the only ones he loved was a bit insulting. Kinda seems like he takes Chloe for granted, but then sometimes it doesn't...whatever. He's called BDA for a reason. I also think the writers aren't really being fair in how they portray him. I mean I know people can be bipolar, but come on...
Anyways, that's for another time...
I hope AlMiles doesn't keep bating us Chlarkers with such great scenes and no delivery. Whatever anyone says about Chloe and Clark as friends or lovers, Allison and Tom's chemistry is just undeniable. And hey look at that, she doesn't resemble a twelve-year-old, in mind or body. What a pleasant change. :D

Great story---great acting in the story---great chemistry with that acting!
Well so far they made us believe it to a point, otherwise we would not passionately express our views in forum.
