Did Jor-El just copy off the Kents, or what?

Season 4 Premiere, Martha takes Kal-El into the loft and says "Your Dad calls it your Fortress of Solitude." (There were other nods but I can't remember specifics.)

And it just happens to be the same name as Clark's arctic sanctuary?

Season 5 Premiere:
Clark: I thought Krypton was destroyed?
Jor-El: It was, but here in your Fortress of Solitude the geography of our planet has been replicated for your training.

I know I'm reading into it too much, but I guess it's just one of those things I do.

Also (off topic) is anyone else glad that finally since the first time in Season 2 premiere there wasn't a "3 Months Later" deal?

There was a "3 Months Later" at the start of S2, just not the typical one we've seen in season premieres. It was between Vortex (2.1) and Heat (2.2), they just didn't show "3 Months Later" at the start of Heat.

This begs the question; true the main younger characters are not in HS anymore, but college runs close to the same time as HS, so when is the "3 Months Later" episode gonna be in S5?

Hmm, could it be like Season 2, and Mortal will be 3 months after Arrival? That would give Clark the chance to be normal for a while...the farm could be rebuilt a little...interesting point SVfan26

EDIT:
Lois is talking to Clark in the hospital at the end of the episode, and mentions catching a plane (to help Gen. Lane find Lucy) so she probably won't be around for Mortal or Hidden (unless the 3 months is between and she comes back between then), but we know she has to be back for Aqua, so I'm sure they'll space it out somehow. :)

Mortal is supposed to be three months later. With Clark acclimated to "normal" life. Just another entirely important development for the character they leave out.

Or the fact after 4 seasons, Lana and Clark are FINALLY together, and we're going to miss three months of it.
