You thought is was okay. Please

I have waited for almost a year for them to have that talk and honestly, it isn't over yet. It isn't like they had all the time in the world to talk, Clark had only a little time left.

I really liked the talk, all of it is in the open now and clark won't feel he has to hide anything from Chloe.

he just told her evrything and now she is in Lex's possesion, don't you think that Lex will take her to 33.1 and use whatever persons, things, and/or drugs to dig up the truth. If Chloe gets out alive she will not know anymore.

i dont think chloe will give up clarks secret, it became obvious in sesaon 4 that she was the one he could trust.. waiting 4 seaosns to see that speach was worht it.. im glad she knows everything, great scene, especially how she explains hiim being as a superhero

Chloe isn't going to give up Clarks secret, and I agree that their "talk" isn't entirely over. I personally loved what they wrote so far! It was great and I think Chloe helped Clark see that his powers weren't a horrible burden. She helped pump him up a bit I thought :)

I think Chloe was amazing in this scene and so beautiful too. So many Superman references: faster than a speeding bullet, superboy, superhero, amazing...oh wait that is Spiderman...sorry wrong superhero :D. Continuing
I think they talked enough like Clark said there are things that even him doens't know and I think Chloe will be his companion discovering this things...can't wait till next week. :)

I swear,

that Allison Mack has something going on with Tom Welling. ;)

Pretty good actress, very cute. She does a good job stealing scenes.

I rather see her with Clark than Lana.

The writers are simply not doing a good job writing Lana's character. Well, after all these years...

P.S. Wondering, if Lana's parents are dead who is she living with. How come we never see them?

ALMOST lived up to my expectations :)

i liked it, but then the soap opera version of this scene that has been playing off and on in my head would have taken like 30 minutes of screen time LOL

one thing that would have made me giggle: a bit near the end, pre-TV clip, clark asks chloe "so, who's more freaked out now?"

eh, it would have added levity :)

it was sweet how chloe consoled him, but it felt a tad forced to me. almost as if there were two seperate conversations that got duct taped together.

Lana was living on her own in the apartment above the Talon.

I lived for the 'talk' scene! I thought it was really well done. I also liked the Clana 'talk' scene. Guess I like scenes where they don't have to really spend a lot of money to make work right.

That scene was worth the price of admission....it ROCKED. Everything about it was what I'd be screaming for over the past few seasons. When Chloe asked if Lana knew and Clark said no, I swear I saw a smirk of satisfaction on her face.

Clark's fear was telling Lana and her freaking out that he's an alien. Now we see Chloe as much in love with the Clueless of Steel more than ever. She's so great I'm going to wet myself :D

The one minor thing that others have brought up is that Clark should have spoken of Pete.

That would have been funny if they put that in there.

I loved this scene. I've been waiting for it for so long. There is still a lot they need to talk about, and I hope it's not off screen. I want to see it.

Chloe really showed Clark that he can trust her because she has known for a long time and hasn't told anyone. I believe that she would never tell anyone his secret.

ha! finally they have had the talk...I look forward to much more Clark expressing his feelings about his superabilities and to see him more to be himself instead of always finding lame excuses for what he has done.

I just like that now he has one less person to lie to. For someone who is supposed to fight for truth and justice, he isn't very truthful.

I liked that Clark told her the entire thing. Because, really, he didn't have to. Chloe was perfectly willing to believe he was just another meteor freak. (Although I do wonder why she didn't seem more puzzled by the teleporting, and the FOS, and what it had to do with Clark. But maybe she put it down to general cave freakiness. Which I probably would have, to.) It wouldn't even have surprised me if Clark didn't go into the whole, "I'm not of this world," thing, and let her go on thinking he got his powers from the meteors. I'm glad the he decided to tell all, even though he seemed to expect her to freak out on him once he told her the truth. And he seemed so pleasantly surprised when she didn't freak.

Good scene.

That whole scene was brilliant. Like most have already said, it's what Chlark fans have been waiting to see for almost four seasons now.

The way it started was just priceless...them staring each other down. It played out beautifully too, 'cause he did tell her the whole truth. And I also loved how he wouldn't have left if she hadn't told him to -- shows how rock solid their friendship is.

Ending it with Chloe's "Whoa", I couldn't have asked for a better way to start of the season.

The rest of the episode was ok.

Yea i thought that was really cute. Right when he sped out the room her juice almost fell and she grabbed it right on time and was like, "Whoa" with an impressed look on her face. Over all a good scene.

I thought the talk was the best scene of the episode. Alission Mack stole the show. Her acting abilities really showed in this episode. The whole part with him running out and her grabbing the juice and being all amazed was really good. Hopefully there will be more great chlark scences now that it is all in the open.

Allison and Tom have SO MUCH MORE chemistry then Kristin and Tom do, it's not even close. Yet, we have to sit through a Clana fest to rival Ageless. Or well, we have to, unless we choose to not watch, which is what I might do. ;)

I liked the talk a lot. I wish they could have gone more in-depth with it like explaining Clark actually CAME with the first meteor shower but this is okay for now.

Seriously, I was so amped about this talk... I've been waiting for it for like half a season!

I've read some other spoilery stuff about more Clark and Chloe talking, now that, I am dying to see...

the reason it seems that way is because he is not in LOVE with Chloe..who got flowers? Lana. Who did LOIS send Clark to see...Lana.....Oh and who did Clark kiss....Lana :p
Are you guys watching the same TV show:confused: or are you just wearing CHLARK  blinders.

First off, the show isn't about Clana, it's about Superman as a teenager. So take your CLANA blinders off and get a clue.

Second, Lois pointing Clark in the direction of Lana goes against any girl codes that exist or have ever existed. I mean, who in their right mind pushes the guy their cousin likes (and knows they like) toward another girl? Lois is a bad relative. Period. So don't even bring it up like it's strengthening your case. It's not.

Lastly, a kiss is nothing special on this show. Everyone kisses everyone, whether they mean to or not.

The question is, what show are you watching?

SPECTACULAR SCENE...it will no doubt begin a whole dynamic to the show...thier relationship together will become one of the show's centerpiece's...and it's about time because Clark and Chloe WILL END UP TOGETHER...IN LOVE! I'M CALLING IT!

I would if I didn't know better. Freaking canon :\

But I agree, the talk was awesome, but it wasn't finished. I don't read spoilers, but it's kinda obvious. One thing that bugged me was how Clark totally forgot about her towards the end of the episode.

um...chloe was amazing in that scene. The talk was something chloe fans like myself were waiting forever for.

it couldnt have been any better execept of course pete should have been included but oh well.

allsion is a great actress and she tops all else so of copurse the scene was awesome.

It really was just a correlation of every chlark fic you could possibly read. it had a bit of all of it. And that was great. al least we chlarkers got one thing to come true.

Wow you really LOVE Chloe don't you....:p

Look your first point, very weak
your second point...Lois not only told him where to find him but i am not a chick and i don't care about your code...I love Lois more because she is willing to let clark be with other girls b4 she gets his!!!
3rd....Ok so a kiss means NOTHING on this show...fine....next week my Boy Clark will HAVE SEX to consumate their Love 4 eachother. When is he gonna bang Chloe:confused:
Look i dont have Lana Blinders because i dont need them. Clark loves Lana and Lana Loves Clark no matter how much Chloe wants a piece of it or you. ;)

Chloe didn't get flowers because obviously there isnt a flower shop in the middle of the Yukon, and he had no way to get back there with his powers gone.

Lois didn't even ask where chloe was which is rediculous when you think about it. I was completely uncomfortable with that. Also with her lines in commencement and this lois is becoming the pink pimp.

The lana relationship won't last forever, and when they're done with it chloe will still be close to clark in a way lana never was.

And ON topic,
the talk rocked.
My favourite parts were the entire bit in the FOS about superclark mode, and the very begining (the staredown where chloe had a smug grin on her face and clark was all serious) and end ("whoa") of the hospital scene.

Btw. You can't ACT chemistry, its just there, so that "he's not in love with her so he has more chemistry" comment makes little sense.

I liked the scene. I thought they both did a great job. The subtle look that Chloe got when she thought Clark was going to stop talking about it and then continued, from "Here we go again, to, yes?"
Does that make sense? I thought Allison Mack was great in this episode.

The Talk was amazing. TW and AM did fantastic jobs. They really played off each other and let the momentum of the situation carry them and us through it.

I was so happy when Chloe accepted him completely and cheered him up before sending him off to do his superhero stuff.

And AM's "Whoa" was so perfect. Just a great, great job. One of my fav. scenes of the series.

Okay, do yourself a favor...just don't say anything else. Why would you even make a thread about Chlark then turn it into another Lana vs. Chloe battle? I'm not getting into a "Who Clark REALLY loves" hissy fit with yet another person on this board.

If you wanna talk about Chlark, fine. If you don't, I don't see the point if you're just going to defend Clana into the ground.

I loved the whole scene. Clark had alot going on and then to add that Chloe made it to the Fortress and then admitted to him alright man I know you have powers get me out of here. "Super Clark" That's alot going on in his head to begin with.

And I liked how they showed that he didn't even know what to say. He kinda stood against the wall by the doorway thinking alot. Then Chloe realized he was really unsure and started the conversation.

I think for part of it he was expecting her to be really mad or upset with him and she completely made him feel better. She made it alot easier on him than he was expecting.

And when he said he was the same "person" He looked like he was so afraid that she'd disown him for not being human and she then told him he was amazing and that the world would be better if there were more humans like him and his eyes just lit up.

It was way better than it could have been and I can't wait to see the further interaction between them.
