Ok, then lets do this. I will give a minor recap every commercial break if anyone cares to read.

Season 5 opening credits erica is in them alot of new parts like the car wraping aroudn clark and clark tossing the tracktor into the air, and for the ep. It starts where it ends we see the stoned dive into the snow bank and the huge bank flals away and crystals shoot up every direction wayyy into the sky and clark walks towards it and walks inside grabs a information crystal and ti starts to glow and we heard Jor-el Say welcome home clark you have traveld far and now it beings and the camera fades awaway to opening new credits

Spoilders are dea don VERY close to what is happening, we start off where lana was last, the two super speed in front of her and the military show suyp they ehat visions EVERYTHIGN and super speed off, and lex is in the cave he wake sup calls for chloe where did you go chloe finds he disk they show up and he tewlles them they are not needed here and everything is fine they grab him and know hes not kal-el and they super speed off we see losi driving to the famr he finds pa kent hurt and they sreahc for martha find he hardly brething and we go to chole in the snow she jumps up and calls for clrk sees the fort and runs toward sit see clark training and the cold hits and chole falls almsot fully forzen and it goes to commercial

After commericla we still see clark training he come sout of it and sees chloe jor-el tells him to get rid of his human emotions as they will do him no good but he begs him and says ok as long as he come sback before the yellow sun sets he says ok and chole says do your super power thing clark i know you are faster than a speeding bullet and they speed off and we see chole in hospital and clark says he is a alien and chloe tells him and how proud she is saying hes not a hero but a super hero ans the world would be better if more wer elike him taking no credit for actions thats why he is a hero, we see the tv and clark turns it up and it shows the showers and chloe says smallville needs him mroe than she does and clark knwo shis parents did not get out sinc ehe sees the truck on tv chole says go go and reaches for her ornage juice and clark speed soff chole says "woah" and we go to commercial

Now Clark is on his way to Smallville after leaving Chloe at the hospital

Ok we come back and see Lana on the couch she wakes up and sees lionel carving the ZOD sign into the floor he tells her their home is all that ahrms them and shows her the rocks, we go to the hospital martha wakes up and pa kent and her talk she asks about clarh lois come sin and says you put a roof over my ehad I was there when it came falling down to help out and then the windows smashes and we see the kryptnians and they ask pa kent for kal-el lois says put the nic eman down she tosses him grabs lois lana show sup says kal-al is at the luthor masion

Clark super speeds home sees lex and lex tells him about martha he asks clark abotu the caves and is worried about choloe and says he saw clark in the birght ligth clark denies it

He runs intot he hospital and says where are my parents finds lois and telles them a couple was looking for someone named kal-el. we go to lana at the mansion it is a trap they shut the doorclark show sup asks them what theyw anta nd wont join them she pulls the pahtnom soze open and clark falls sback holding ontot he floor they think he is in but he pulls himself out and opushes them both in and it closes and smashes through the window we see the sun set as hes talking to lana and says we should get you to the hospital, clark is bleeding, he has been stripped off ALL his powers by Jor-el for not returning like he said he would.
