*This takes place during their first college year, Lana gets hit by lightning and it takes her to a different world as well as shifts another Lana to the real world. This alternate Lana left Smallville with her parents at 3 and lives in Granville. In this new world no one knew who she was, even Clark, everything that happen in the real smallville happen there, minus anything with Lana. In the real world, Clark and Lana were just friends.

Real World:

Lana: Where am I?

*Clark sees her walking home from the library.*

Clark: Lana?

Lana: Who are you?

Clark: Excuse me?

Lana: I've never seen you before, how do you know my name?

Clark: Lana, i've known you for 13 years, off course i know your name.

Lana: I don't know you, i moved to Granville with my parents when i was three.

Clark: You must have bumped your head, let me walk you to your apartment. Oh and the name is Clark.

Lana: My apartment?

Alternate World:

Lana: Ouch, that hurt.

*Lana see's Clark walking.*

Lana: Hey Clark.

Clark: Uh hi, do i know you?

Lana: Huh? What are you talking about?

Clark: I said do i know you, have we met before?

Lana: Clark i've known you for 13 years, we lived next to each other for 10 years.

Clark: No way, Chloe Sullivan, lived next to me for 10 years.

Lana: CHLOE? She didn't even come to Smallville until 8th grade.

Clark: I think i would know better, by the way, who are you.

Lana: Lana Lang.

Clark: Nice to meet you.

Lana: So Clark, tell me, who lives in the Talon apartment?

Clark: No one, the Talon has been closed for years.

Lana: Oh, guess i'm out of a home.

Clark: You can stay with my family, if you want.

Lana: Sure.

Chapter 2:

The Real World:

*Lana's apartment.*

Lana: Nice place.

Clark: It should be, you decorated it yourself.

Lana: Right......

Clark: Do you remember anything before i saw you in the street?

Lana: I just remember walking from the library on my home to Granville.

Clark: Granville? And i'm sure i should have caught this before, but did you say parents?

Lana: Yeah, my mother and father. Why?

Clark: Lana your parents died in the meteor shower.

Lana: What are you talking about? We weren't in Smallville, we left before the meteor shower.

Clark: Well, what can i tell you. That's what happen.

Lana: I don't believe that.

Clark: I'm sorry Lana, but it's true.

*In tears she turns around, as Clark places his hand on her shoulder.*

Clark: I didn't mean to bring it up, i know how much it hurt you.

Lana: It's alright, you thought i knew.

Clark: I guess i should just leave you here and let you figure stuff out.

Lana: Ok Clark, goodbye.

Clark: Goodbye.

*Clark leaves, as Lana catches her eye on a photo of the other Lana and Clark dancing at the prom.*

Lana: There's something about him. something that feels so familar, so right.

Alternate World:

*Lana and Clark arrive at the Kents.*

Lana: Hi, Mr. and Mrs. Kent.

Martha: Hello, may i ask who you are?

Lana: Uh, it's me Lana.

Martha: Lana? Oh Nell's young niece, I haven't seen you since you were 3.

Lana: I see, so you don't remember me living next to door to you all these years?

Martha: I'm afraid not, sorry.

Lana: It's okay.

Clark: Um, mom, is it okay if Lana stays with us for a while?

Martha: Off course, but what about her parents? Shouldn't we call them.

Lana: WHAT?

Martha: Your parents, shouldn't we call them?

Lana: My parents died in the meteor shower.

Martha: Sweethear, your parents are alive, they live in Granville.

*Lana in complete shock and on the verge of tears.*

Clark: Is everything okay Lana?

Lana: No it isn't.

*She runs out the door.*

Martha: What's wrong with her?

Clark: I don't know, she must have lost her memory.

Martha: I hope she's okay.

Clark: You know mom, there's something about her.

Martha: What is it?

Clark: I don't know, i just feel something when i see her, something i've never felt before.

Martha: She is beautiful.

Clark: I better find her.

i really like it. This is very interesting with the 2 Lana's and how even if one doesn't know the other they're still sort of attracted to eachother.

Chapter 3:

Real World:

*Kent house.*

Jonathon: Have a nice study Clark?

Clark: Yeah, but the strangest thing happened?

Martha: What?

Clark: I found Lana laying in the street.

Martha: Is she okay?

Clark: I don't know, she seemed confused. She didn't know who I was.

Martha: Must have lost her memory.

Clark: That's what i thought, but it's more than thought.

Jonathon: What is it son?

Clark: She said she lived in Granville and her parents were alive.

Jonathon: She's obviously having illusions.

Clark: I guess so, but it's never that simple in Smallville.

Jonathon: Got that right.

Clark: I'll keep an eye on her and make sure i inform chloe, pete, lois and everyone else of the situation.

Martha: Keep us updated.

Clark: Ok.

*The Next morning at Lana's apartment, there's a knock.*

Chloe: Anyone home?

Lana: Hello.

Chloe: Hey Lana.

Lana: Who are you?

Chloe: I'm chloe, we lived together with my dad for 2 years.

Lana: Oh.

Chloe: I see you met or re-met Clark.

Lana: Yeah.

Chloe: What do you think?

Lana: He's a very handsome guy and there's something about him that makes me feel something i've never felt before.

Chloe: Really, not so strange considering your history.

Lana: What do you mean?

Chloe: Nothing.

*Chloe was being selfish and she knew it, but thought it was for the best not to remind her of the pain or was it because she didn't want her to love Clark again?*

Alternate World:

*Clark's loft.*

Clark: Lana.

Lana: I'm here.

Clark: Are you okay?

Lana: No, i'm lost, how can my parents be alive.

Clark: I don't know what to tell you.

Lana: Everything is a mess, no one knows and i have no idea where my parents our.

*Begins to tear, then Clark takes her hand.*

Clark: Everything will be okay.

Lana: Thank you Clark.

Clark: You're welcome.

*Chloe walks in.*

Chloe: Hey Clark.

Clark: Hey Chloe.

Chloe: Who's that?

Clark: Lana Lang.

Lana: Chloe we know each other, we lived together for 2 years with your dad.

Chloe: What are you talking about?

Clark: Chloe, i think Lana lost her memory.

Chloe: Oh, but that doesn't explain the we know each other part.

Clark: Yeah, it's strange, but this is Smallville afterall.

Chloe: I just wanted to tell you, me and Pete are meeting at the torch tomorrow. You want to come.

Clark: Nah, i think i'm going to stay with Lana and help her around.

Chloe: Ok, bye.

Clark: Bye.

Lana: Bye.

Chloe: See ya, Lana.

Clark: You should get some rest, come into the house and you'll sleep in my room.

Real world:

*Clark arrives, Lana's apartment with Chloe still there.*

Chloe: Hey Clark.

Clark: Hey Chloe, what's up?

Chloe: Just here, reminding Lana of her life.

Clark: Nice.

Chloe: Well, i better go, have to write an essay for school. Good thing I have the whole week to write though, don't just love April vacation?

Clark: Yeah, well, have fun.

Chloe: *Rolling eyes*, thanks Clark.

*Chloe leaves.*

Clark: So how are you Lana?

Lana: Ok, i guess.

Clark: You still don't remember anything?

Lana: Not anything that i know, it's like i'm in a different world.

Clark: I'm sure you're just memory problems.

*Lana really isn't buying it.*

Lana: I saw this picture, in my room, this is you and me right?

*Shows him the picture of the prom, of them dancing.*

Lana: Are we dating?

Clark: Um no.

Lana: Were we each others date to the prom?

Clark: Um no.

Lana: I don't understand then, why were we dancing together?

*Clark with a confused pained look on his face.*

Clark: I don't know.

Lana: Want to talk about it?

Clark: No, it's okay.

*Lana had seen that this was a sensitive subject for Clark, he must have loved this girl, because she had known it couldn't have been her.*

Lana: Alright, so what do we do now?

Clark: I don't know, maybe we could go riding, it might jog your memory.

Lana: I love riding and horses, let's go.

Alternate World:

*Clark's room, Lana getting ready for bed.*

Lana: I can't believe i'm in his room. Wow, what a big bed, should have known seeing how big Clark is.

*Looks on Clark's desk and see's a picture of him and Chloe dancing at the prom.*

Lana: How can this be? I danced with Clark at the prom. Wait a minute, am i jealous? It was just a dance, it didn't mean anything, we're just friends.

*She knew she was lying to herself, it was her dream to dance with Clark at the prom of her senior year and now that was taken from her.*

*Clark walks in on her looking at the picture.*

Clark: That was my senior prom.

Lana: I bet it was nice dancing with someone special like that.

Clark: I guess, but some how it wasn't as good as I had pictured it to be.

Lana: What do you mean?

Clark: I like Chloe very much, but only as a friend. That's a special dance, i wanted to be with someone i loved.

Lana: Oh.

Clark: Anyways, i brought you some extra sheets.

Lana: Thanks Clark.

*Clark leaves.*

*The Next morning.*

Jonathon: Who is she?

Clark: Lana Lang, i found her yesterday.

Jonathon: In the habit of picking up stray women, eh son?

Clark: Very funny, she knew me though.

Martha: That can't be, she moved before you "arrived".

Clark: I know, but even I feel this connection between us.

Jonathon: Clark. she's just a lost girl, nothing more.

Clark: That's what i've been telling myself, but I believe there's more to the story.

Martha: Why don't you try to figure it out?

Clark: I will, thanks mom.

*Lana walks in.*

Lana: Hi Clark, Mr. and Mrs. Kent.

Clark: Hi Lana, have a nice sleep.

Lana: Yeah.

Jonathon: Your parents must be worried Lana.

Lana: You're probably right, Mr. Kent.

Clark: Why don't i drive you up to Granville today?

Lana: Okay Clark. give me 5 mintues.

*5 mintues later, Lana and Clark head off to Granville.*

Chapter 5:

The Real World:

*Out in the field, Lana and Clark are riding their horses.*

Lana: It's so beautiful out here.

Clark: I knew you'd like it.

Lana: I wish i got to do this more.

Clark: Yeah, you don't get out like you use to.

Lana: I couldn't imagine why i wouldn't.

Clark: Me neither.

Lana: I wish Granville had a place to ride.

Clark: Granville? Why do you think you're from there?

Lana: It's because I am, all my memories are in Granville.

Clark: How can this be?

Lana: I don't know.

Clark: Tell me what happen yesterday.

Lana: Ok, i was walking to my car from the library, it was raining and then i was hit by lightning.

Clark; That's it?

Lana: Yep and then you came along.

Clark: It doesn't make sense.

Lana: It never does.

Clark: Well, maybe my friend Lex Luthor can help.

Lana: Ok.

Clark: We'll met him later.

*Suddenly a car comes beeping at them and Lana's horse gets spooked and sends her flying. Clark superspeeds and catches her.*

Lana: Nice catch, Clark.

*He held her in his arms as they gazed into each other's eyes, like they had so many times before. Their lips inch close together, but then a person comes from the car.*

Clark: Lana I......

*Pete comes out of the car.*

Pete: Hey guys.

*Lana puts her down.*

Pete: Got some news for you two, come on, let's head to the torch.

Alternate World:

*Clark and Lana in the truck heading toward Granville.*

Lana: So Clark, Um, have a girlfriend?

Clark: Not right now.

Lana: Have anyone in mind?

Clark: No, but i did have one.

Lana: Oh, what was her name?

Clark: Alicia.

Lana: What happen?

Clark: She died.

Lana: I'm sorry.

Clark: Me too, i kind of loved her.

Lana: Did you? Why would you say that?

Clark: Yes i did and i loved her, because i thought we were the same. I felt free around here.

*Clark begins to notice that this is disturbing Lana, so he stops.*

Clark: How about you?

Lana: Yeah, i was in love too.

Clark: Tell me about him.

Lana: Well, he is one of the most complicated people i ever meet.

Clark: Really?

Lana: Yeah, but he was also the sweetest, most handsome guy i ever met.

Clark: Wow, sounds like a great guy.

Lana: Yeah, he was always there for me when i needed him the most and i wanted to be with him more than anything.

Clark: Sounds like you still do.

Lana: No, we're just friends.

Clark: He didn't love you back?

Lana: That's the problem, sometimes i could never tell if he did or not, he had so many secrets and he pushed me away.

Clark: Sorry that had to happen?

Lana: Me too, not a day goes by that i don't wonder if he still loves me.

Clark: Maybe you should find out.

*They arrive at Lana's House in Granville.*

Clark: I hope my mom got the right place.

*As they walk up to the door, a dog surprised them with a bark and Lana jumps into Clark's arms. They stare at each other as their lips inch closer together, but then a car moves into the parking lot.*

*The torch, Chloe is already there as pete, lana and clark arrive.*

Clark: What's up Chloe?

Chloe: I found something interesting.

Clark: What is it?

Chloe: It seems as if the lightning last night as not your usual lightning.

Clark: What do you mean?

Chloe: It had unusually readings, almost as if it was like something more than just lightning.

Clark: What could it be.

Pete: Me and Chloe think it switched Lana's from different worlds.

Clark: That would explain how Lana thinks different things happened, but doesn't remember what really happened.

Lana: How can this be possible?

Chloe: In Smallville, anything is possible.

Lana: I guess so.

Clark: Is there another coming any time soon?

Chloe: Well, there is suppose to be a storm next week, but it might not work.

Clark: Yeah, i don't want to take a chance on hurting her or the real Lana.

Chloe: Maybe Lex can help.

Clark: We're going to go see him now.

Chloe: Alright.

Pete: I'll give you guys a lift.

Clark: Thanks Chloe, let's go Lana.

Lana: Bye Chloe.

*They leave and our driving toward Lex's mansion.*

Lana: Clark i'm afraid.

Clark: It's okay, i won't let anything happen to you.

*Puts his hand on her's.*

Lana: I feel safe with you Clark.

*Clark smiles.*

Lana: This must be how the real Lana feels.

Clark: I wish I knew.

Lana: You should find out, she should let you know.

*She moves closer to Clark.*

Pete: We're here.

*Clark and Lana don't move.*

Pete: HEY GUYS.

Lana: Oh, let's go.

Pete: Some things never change.

Clark: Very funny.

*They head into Lex's mansion.*

Alternate World:

*A woman gets out of the car, it's Nell.*

Nell: What are you two doing here?

Lana: Looking for my parents.

Nell: They went on their 17th anniversary to France.

Lana: Oh, what are you doing here?

Nell: They told me to check up on the house, they said you'd be in college dorm for the week in Smallville.

Lana: I was at the library, when lightning hit me and knocked me out. Then i saw Clark when i woke up.

Clark: She lost her memory.

Nell: Thanks for bringing her back Clark. We should go into the house to talk, come in, both of you.

*They enter the house, as Lana looks at pictures from her life. There's a prom picture of her dancing with a guy and a picture of her as a cheerleader.*

Lana: Who's that guy?

Nell: You're prom date, i think his name was Jason.

Lana: Jason?

Nell: Yep, you didn't really like him though, you said the prom didn't really live up to your expectations.

Clark: Mine didn't either.

Nell: So Clark, how are your parents?

Clark: They're fine.

Nell: Good, i always liked seeing them in the flower shop.

*Nell turns to Lana.*

Nell: Are you going to be okay Lana? Do you want me to stay?

Lana: I'll be fine.

Nell: Okay, bye Lana, bye Clark.

*After Nell checks the mail and the plants, she leaves.*

Clark: What do we do now?

Lana: Well, we have the whole house to ourself. Want to stay the night?

*Lex's Mansion.*

Clark: Lex.

Lex: Hey Clark, Lana and Pete.

Lana: Hi

Pete: Hey Lex.

Lex: What's going on?

Clark: Lana was hit by lightning and we think it sent her to another world, sending a different Lana to us.

Lex: Really? What can i do?

Clark: Yeah, can you ask your scientist to try and find out how this happened?

Lex: Sure, but i'm going to need Lana to stay for testing.

Clark: Lana are you okay with staying?

Lana: I'll be fine Clark.

Clark: Okay, see ya Lex.

Lex: Bye guys.

*They leaves as Clark and Lana exchange looks.*

Lana: So Lex how do we know each other?

Lex: We're dating.

Lana: Oh, i wonder why Clark didn't mention that.

Lex: He's hurt, because you broke up with him and he still loves you.

Lana: Wow, no wonder why he looked hurt when we were talking about the prom.

Lex: I was so worried about you.

*He goes to kiss her, but at the last second she moves.*

Lana: Sorry Lex, i'm not your Lana.

Lex: It's okay.

*She could tell he was lying, at least about the dating part and she had feelings for Clark.*

Lana: Why don't we get those test done.

*They leave for LuthurCorp to take tests on Lana.*

*Scene shifts to Pete's car on the way to Clark's house.*

Pete: Two Lana's, who would have thought?

Clark: Not me.

Pete: You alright Clark?

Clark: Yeah, but i don't trust Lex, he likes Lana more than as a friend.

Pete: Yeah, I know, must be tough for you.

Clark: It is, real Lana or not, i'm still in love with a girl named Lana.

Pete: She looked pretty comfortable in the backseat with you on the way there.

Clark: It was nice feeling that way again.

Pete: Maybe this is there chance Clark, that Lana doesn't seem any different from the real one. Make your move and see what happens.

Clark: You think i should?

Pete: No, i know you should.

Clark: Thanks Pete.

Pete: Anytime man.

Alternate World:

Lana: What do you want for dinner Clark?

Clark: How about steak?

Lana: How about frozen pizza?

Clark: Good enough.

*He smiles.*

Clark: You seem a little upset.

Lana: Well, this is all too weird for me. One day I have one life, the other day a new life. One that i never knew existed.

Clark: There must be an explaination for this.

Lana: I can't think of one.

Clark: Must have been the lightning that did something, why don't we talk to my friend Lex Luthur tomorrow?

Lana: Okay.

*5 minutes later the pizza is ready.*

Clark: This isn't half bad.

Lana: I've had worse.

Clark: Me too.

*They would finish eating and look for a game to play.*

Lana: What do you want to play?

Clark: What do you have?

Lana: How about twister?

Clark: Sure.

*She brings the game out and sets it up.*

Lana: Alright, you go first.

*She spins the wheel.*

Lana: Right foot green.

Clark: Your turn, *spins the wheel*, left hand red.

Lana: *spins the wheel* Right hand blue.

Clark: *spins the wheel* Right foot yellow.

Lana: *spins the wheel* Left foot yellow.

Clark: *spins the wheel* Right hand green.

*After a while, they get tangled up.*

Clark: I'm going down.

*Clark falls and Lana does as well, right into Clark's arms.*

Lana: Hey

Clark: Hey.

*Clark places his hand on her cheek as he leaned in.*

Lana: We shouldn't......

Clark: Shhhh.

*Clark kisses her and then she kisses him back, as they lay there kissing passionately.*

you won't have to wait much longer, there will be 1 maybe 2 updates tonight. I don't know how much longer the story will go though, because i just keep getting ideas for this new story of mine. It would probably go in the other pair sections, but it will include clana!

Chapter 8:

*Kent's house, Lana just got back from the mansion at around 6pm..*

Clark: How was it?

Lana: Fine.

Clark: Everything went okay?

Lana: Yeah.

Clark: Ok, umm, i was wondering if you'd want to watch the sunset.

Lana: Sure.

*They go to the loft.*

Lana: It's beautiful.

Clark: Yeah, i love watching it, but it's more fun when i have company.

Lana: So did your Lana enjoy them as much as i did?

Clark: Yeah, we had enjoy watching them together.

Lana: You love her, don't you?

*In shock by the question.*

Clark: Ummm, I.....

Lana: It's okay Clark, i'd really like to know.

Clark: Fine, here it goes, might be kind of a long story.

Lana: I'm all ears.

*Clark takes a deep breath.*

Clark: Ever since the first time i saw Lana Lang, when i was 5, i have loved her. I use to stay up here for hours just to catch a glimpse of her walking home or sitting on the porch. Then during my freshmen year for high school, i finally talked to her, we actually became friends. During that whole year she was dating a senior, named Whitney. All through that year i knew i couldn't make a move, even though there was nothing more i would have rather done. I actually had a chance to kiss her once, but her aunt Nell interupted us. The next year, Whitney was gone and i had my chance. Through the whole year i was afraid to make a move, until one night when she came to the loft to give me a birthday cake. We kissed and eventually got together for a couple days, until i left.

*Clark looks away. sad.*

Lana: Wow, go on.

Clark: I left her here for metropolis, because i made a mistake that killed my parents baby. After about 3 months i came back, she wanted to get to know me, but i pushed her away. I broke up with her.

*Clark pauses.*

Clark: I never wanted to break up with her, but i knew i had to protect her. I spent the whole year pushing her away, until i decided it was a bad move and kissed her one day. It was too late, however, because she had moved on and wanted to leave. She moved to Paris. Three months later she came back, but with a boyfriend. He was actually a pretty nice guy, but turned out to be bad and only using Lana. That whole year it felt like we were so far a part, just like strangers. Then something great happened, we got to dance during her prom. It was this prefert moment and made me fell great for just those couple of minutes. We never got futhur after that and now we're just friends.

Lana: I don't know what to say. It's a lot to take in, i'm sorry.

Clark: So I am.

Lana: What were you protecting her from?

Clark: Me, see, i have these secrets and they put the people i care about most in danger.

Lana: Oh, but do you wish you could have a second chance with her?

Clark: Every second of the day.

*Lana smiles.*

Lana: Wish granted.

*Lana leans in close to Clark and moves in to kiss him.*

Clark: Maybe we...

Lana: Shh.

*She kisses him and he kisses her back as the sunset is complete.*

Alternate World:

Lana: Ah, what just happen?

Clark: We kissed, i mean made out.

Lana: I better go to bed now.

Clark: What's wrong?

Lana: This wasn't suppose to happen.

Clark: What do you mean?

Lana: I don't know.

Clark: Lana, what just happen felt right. Even since the first time i saw you, i knew there was something special about you and the way you made me feel.

Lana: Really?

*Puts his hand on her cheek.*

Clark: Yes, it was like i've always been in love with you.

Lana: But it isn't real.

Clark: Yes it is, it's real the way i fell about you and the way i hope you fell about me.

Lana: That's just it, i don't know if it's you or the real Clark.

Clark: Real Clark?

Lana: The one i know, because this isn't my real life or world.

Clark: Lana what are you talking about?

Lana: I don't know anymore.

Clark: Well, why don't you go to sleep and we'll see Chloe tomorrow and see if she can come up with some answers.

Lana: Okay.

Clark: Goodnight.

Lana: Goodnight.

*Clark gives her a kiss on the cheek.*

Well, i am a clever person;) . I wanted to do something different than the way it's usually done.

Chapter 9:

Clark: Ah, what just happen?

Lana: We did what we both wanted?

Clark: I'm not sure it was right though.

Lana: Why do you say that?

Clark: Because it wasn't real, i mean it wasn't with the real Lana.

Lana: But Clark, our feelings for each other are real.

Clark: That's just it, my feelings are for the Lana I know.

Lana: I understand, but real Lana or not, i am a part of her. From what i've seen and heard, we're not different at all. We just had a different life.

Clark: But still.....

Lana: Listen Clark, you wanted a second chance right?

Clark: Well yeah, but....

Lana: Here it is.

Clark: Why do you want it though?

Lana: It's kind of hard to explain, but you make me feel whole. Ever since i've met you, i've felt complete and something that i've never felt before in my life.

Clark: Really?

Lana: Yes, but it's your choice.

*She kisses him on the cheek and whispers something in his ear.*

Lana: I love you.

*The next day, Clark and his parents are eating breakfast.*

Martha: So you two kissed?

Clark: Yeah.

Martha: Wow, how do you feel about it?

Clark: Confused.

Martha: Why?

Clark: Because i'm not sure if it's real. She's not the real Lana.

Martha: That doesn't change the way she feels about you or the way you feel about her.

Clark: I'm in love with the real Lana!

Martha: I understand, but this could be your chance to be with her, even if it isn't the real her and even if it doesn't last forever.

Clark: I don't know.

Alternante World:

*Clark and Lana are driving to Chloe's house.*

Clark: Are you okay?

Lana: No, i'm confused.

Clark: I'm sorry for what happen.

Lana: You really shouldn't be, it did feel right.

Clark: I'm curious, do you think you were transfered from your world to a different one?

Lana: Yes I do.

Clark: Sounds impossible, but this is Smallville. Hopefully Chloe will have some answers.

Lana: She always does.

Clark: Yeah.

*There's a Long Pause.*

Clark: So tell me about your Clark.

Lana: Okay.

*She takes a breath.*

Lana: We were neighbors for 13 years, became friends during our freshmen year in high school. The next year we dated for about 2 days, then broke up 3 months later.

Clark: Wait a minute, you dated for 2 days, then broke up 3 months later?

Lana: Yeah, he left for Metropolis for 3 months. It was because his parents lost their baby. He changed after he left, we began to drift a part after that. Then i left for Paris, came back with a new boyfriend, named Jason. He turned about to be a real bad guy. Then something great happened, we had a special dance at our senior prom. It was this perfect moment and i wish i could have lasted forever.

Clark: Looks like you(we) have a lot of history with him(me).

Lana: Yeah.

Clark: Do you still love him?

Lana: I never stopped loving him.

Clark: Then do you want a second chance with him?

Lana: More than anything.

Clark: Then here it is.

*He reaches his hand and places it on hers.*

Clark: I am him.

Lana: I'll have to think it over.

Clark: I'm going to see Pete today?

Lana: Ok, what should i do?

Clark: Stay here, i asked Chloe to visit.

Lana: Cool, bye.

Clark: Bye.

*Clark leaves, but not before stealing a glance at Lana.*

Martha: How are you doing Lana?

Lana: Fine.

Martha: Do you wish you were back home?

Lana: Honestly, at first i did, that was until i feel in love.

Martha: With Clark right?

Lana: Yes, i knew there was something about him.

Martha: He's a special person.

Lana: I know, he makes me feel complete and special. I wish i made him feel the same.

Martha: Oh you do sweetheart, he's just not sure it's real.

Lana: The way I feel is real and it must be the way the real Lana feels.

Martha: I know, i hope everything works out for you two.

Lana: So do I.

*Scene shifts to Pete's House.*

Pete: Hey man.

Clark: Hey.

Pete: What's up?

Clark: Nothing.

Pete: No really, I know that look.

Clark: Um....Me and Lana kissed.

Pete: Wow, who could have saw that coming....

*Pete laughs.*

Clark: Come on Pete, this is serious.

Pete: Sorry, you liked it right?

Clark: Offcourse, but that's not the problem.

Pete: Then what is?

Clark: It wasn't real, she's not the real Lana.

Pete: Clark, I saw the way you looked at each other, the way she felt when she was around you. What happen between you two was very real.

Clark: She's not the real Lana.

Pete: No, but her feelings are the same as the real Lana.

Clark: You don't know that.

Pete: But I do, it's written all over her face.

Clark: But.....

Pete: No buts. you love her, she loves you, that should enough.

Clark: Maybe you're right.

Pete: I am right.

*Pete pats Clark on the back.*

*Scene shifts to the Kent house, where Chloe has just arrived.*

Lana: Hey Chloe.

Chloe: Hey Lana.

Lana: What's up?

Chloe: Nothing much, Clark just asked me to come by.

Lana: Oh...

Chloe: What's wrong?

Lana: Nothing, but i think I scared Clark away.

Chloe: Really, what makes you that?

Lana: We kissed last night.

*Chloe looks away, almost in tears.*

Lana: Chloe, are you okay?

Chloe: No, how could you do this?

Lana: What?

Chloe: How can he just love you so easily?

Lana: I'm sorry, i don't know what to say.

Chloe: Yeah, different Lana, same answer. You two don't care how other people feel, just yourselves.

*Chloe runs out.*

ALternate World:

*They arrive at Chloe's house.*

Clark: Let me get the door.

Lana: Thank you.

*They enter the house.*

Clark: Hey Chloe.

Chloe: Hey guys.

Clark: Did you find anything?

Chloe: Yeah, I did?

Lana: What'd you find?

Chloe: There was this weird lightning storm a couple of days ago, it wasn't like any normal storm. The radar readings of it were off the chart.

Lana: What does that mean?

Chloe: I don't know, but i'm going to take a leap and say it could have transported you to this world and another Lana to your world.

Lana: Wow.

Clark: Is there another storm coming any time soon?

Chloe: Yeah, in a couple of days.

Clark: Oh.

Lana: I need time to think.

*Lana runs out, as tries to catch her, but stops.*

Chloe: Must be hard for her.

Clark: Not just her.

Chloe: WHat do you mean?

Clark: I'm in love with her.

Chloe: You've only known her for a couple of days.

Clark: There's about her, something special, that makes me feel good.

Chloe: Something i could do never do for you?

Clark: I didn't mean it like that.

Chloe: You never do, do you?

Clark: That's not fair.

Chloe: IT'S NEVER FAIR FOR ME.

Clark: I'm sorry.

Chloe: Maybe you should leave.

*Clark leaves as Chloe is in tears.*

I get how the 'fake' lana and 'fake' clark feel about the 'real' clark and lana,but,in my opinion,it wouldn't seem right if the 'real' clark and lana ended up with the alternate world clark and lana.

*The Next day at the Kent House, Clark woke up early.*

Clark: Ok, how am I going to do this? Just tell her how I feel. Come on Kent, this shouldn't be hard. She told you how she feels, this should be easy. Who am i kidding? It's never easy when it comes to me and Lana.

*An hour later, Lana comes down the stairs.*

Clark: Ah, hi Lana.

*Lana looks away.*

Lana: hi Clark.

Clark: I just wanted to tell you that you were right.

*He takes her hands.*

Clark: I do want a second chance.

Lana: No you were right.

*Takes her hands away from his.*

Lana: It's too complicated, we have to think of everyone, not just us.

Clark: What are you talking about?

Lana: Chloe, Lex, it's just too hard for them.

Clark: Why would it be too hard for them?

Lana: Because Chloe loves you and Lex loves Lana.

Clark: Why do it always have to be this way? When are we ever allowed to be happy?

Lana: I'm sorry Clark.

Clark: So am I.

Lana: The storm is suppose happen tomorrow, so i only have one more day here anyways.

*Clark couldn't even look at her.*

Lana: I'm just going to go out riding all day. It will be my last chance.

Clark: Bye.

Lana: Bye.

*She walked out the door.*

Clark: Wa......

*Clark wanted to stop her, but he knew he couldn't. I mean he wanted to be with her, even if it wasn't real. He wanted to be with Lana more than anything.*

Alternate World:

*Clark and Lana are driving back to Lana's house.*

Lana: Sorry about running out there, it was just a little hard.

Clark: It's okay.

*There's about a 20 minute silent period.*

Lana: Listen Clark, maybe you're right, maybe we deserve a second chance.

*Clark turned away.*

Lana: I'm just af.....

Clark: No Lana, i was wrong, it would just be too hard.

Lana: What do you mean?

Clark: I mean, I don't want to hurt anyone.

Lana: You mean Chloe?

Clark: Yeah, Chloe and you.

Lana: We should at least try.

Clark: NO, it's too complicated and hard.

Lana: It doesn't have to be.

*She places her hand on his.*

Clark: Except it is, I mean like you said it isn't even real.

*They got Lana's house.*

Lana is the one who switched worlds, so the real clark is in the real world. The real Lana is in the alternate world. The alternate clark kissed the real lana in during their game of twister. The alternate lana kissed the real clark in the loft. Hope that makes sense.

Clark: She has a point though, our relationship complicates everything and makes everyone upset.

Martha: What about you two?

Martha: All these years, the happiest i've seen you is when you were with her those 2 days a couple years ago. Every since then, you've never been that happy. You deserve to be happy Clark.

Clark: Thanks mom, I just hope she feels the same.

Martha: I'm sure she does.

*Scene shifts to Lana's riding spot, Clark sees Lana slowly riding her horse.*

Clark: Well, there she is Kent. It's now or never. LANA.

*She turns around.*

Lana: Clark, is that you?

Clark: It's me.

Lana: I didn't think i'd see you today.

Clark: I'm full of surprises.

Lana: So i've heard.

Clark: Listen we need to talk.

Lana: Ok.

*She gets off her horse and faces him.*

Clark: I know this may not be real or the way I originally wanted it, but it feels right.

Lana: Clark....

Clark: Please, let me talk.

Lana: Go ahead.

Clark: We deserve to be happy, even if it's only for a day. Things happen for a reason, they happen to give you a chance, an opportunity for something special. I'm not going to let this opportunity slip away, not this time.

Lana: What about everyone else?

Clark: They'll have to deal with it, because i'm tired of being unhappy.

Lana: I don't know.

*She begins to walk away, then Clark grabs her arm and turns her around.*

Clark: I do.

*Clark leans in as she tries to resist, but doesn't. He kisses her lightly, then more and more passionately. She kisses him back more passionately than Clark had ever been kissed before.*

Alternate World:

*Lana's house.*

Lana: How can he keep doing this to me? Always breaking my heart. Yet i still love him. What's wrong with me? I'm not going to let him do this to me again.

*She gets into the car and starts driving all to the Kent's house. On the way memories come to her head of Clark and her.*

*Flashbacks.*

Clark: When you have it, you trust it, you take a chance on it and your willing to sacrifice anything to keep it.

Lana: You can't leave because I love you.

Clark: I love you two, more than you'll ever know.

Lana: I'm going let you ride out of my life, again.

Clark: Then get on.

Lana: If you have something to say me, say it before i'm gone.

Clark: Can I have this dance?

Lana: I thought you'd never ask.

*End of Flashbacks, she arrives at the Kent house.*

Lana: Here it goes.

*She walks into the house.*

Martha: Hi Lana.

Lana: Hi Mrs. Kent, where's Clark?

Martha: In his loft.

Lana: Thanks.

*She begins to walk outside, but stops.*

Lana: Mrs. Kent, do you know why Clark pulls away?

Martha: He just doesn't want to hurt anyone.

Lana: Sounds like the Clark in my world.

Martha: How so?

Lana: He's always pulling away from me. Sometimes he brings me so close, then pulls a part and I can never understand why.

Martha: I'm sure he has a good reason, especially if he feels the same way about you as my Clark.

Lana: I know he has a good reason, i just wish i could understand it.

Martha: Maybe you don't have to, just understand that cares deeply about you.

Lana: You're right, thanks Mrs. Kent.

Martha: You're welcome.

*Lana walks out to the loft.*

Lana: Hey Clark.

Clark: Lana, i didn't expect to see you here.

Lana: I know.

Clark: What's up.

Lana: Us.

Clark: Lana I....

Lana: Let me talk Clark.

Clark: Ok.

Lana: Clark, i don't care if this isn't real, because the way i feel is. Even if you're not my Clark or the real Clark, this just feels right. I don't care if it's just for a day or i don't care if doesn't last as long as we want it. All i care about is spending time with the man I love.

Clark: What about everyone else?

Lana: I'm sorry if they get hurt, but I think we deserve to be happy for a change. I've spent enough nights crying over this, i want to be happy and i can't do that without you.

Clark: I don't know if it can work.

*He turns around.*

Lana: I know,

*She turns around and stands on her tippy toes kissing him lightly on the lips. Then more passionately as she slipped her tongue in his mouth and kissed him like she did in Nicodemus.*

Lana: I'm not giving up on you.

Clark: No one can save me......not even you.

Lana: Your parents need you....I need you....I love you Clark.

Clark: I love you too, more than you'll ever know. That's why i have to leave.

*End of flashback.*

Lana: We can't go through with this, I can't go through with this.

Clark: I thought this is what you wanted?

Lana: It is, but the man I love is in a different world.

Clark: I see, but i can't hide my feelings for you.

Lana: There must be.

This might get a little confusing, just try to keep up.

Chapter 14:

*Kent House, the next day.*

Clark: Are you ready?

Lana: Yep.

Clark: Alright let's go.

Lana: Tell your mom and dad thanks for letting me stay here.

Clark: I will.

*They go outside and ride to the place where she transported to originally.*

Lana: Clark, I'm afraid.

Clark: I'll be right there, it will okay.

Lana: Let's do it.

*The storm is coming down as lightning begins to strike. She runs and hugs Clark.*

Lana: I don't want to leave.

Clark: You have to.

Lana: I can't.

Clark: Trust me, as long as there's a Clark out there. There will be someone to love you. I promise.

Lana: A promise i intend to hold you to.

*They share a small smile, just then lightning strikes and hits her.*

Alternate World:

*The day of the storm.*

Clark: Ready?

Lana: As i'll ever be.

Clark: Alright, let's go.

Lana: Ok, just say goodbye to your parents for me.

*They drive to the place where Lana was originally transported to.*

Clark: Are you sure you want to do this?

Lana: I have to.

Clark: I don't want you to.

Lana: Sorry.

*The storms comes down harder on them as Lana walks toward the spot where she first came. Lightning also starts to come down.*

Lana: Goodbye.

Clark: Lana wait.

*He runs to her.*

Clark: I can't let you go.

Lana: You have to, i'm sure there is a Lana out there for you. I believe that.

Clark: I hope you're right.

*Just then a lightning bolt hits Lana.*

*Back to the real world for good!*

Clark: Lana, is that you?

Lana: Yes.

*They hug.*

Clark: Let's get you out of the rain.

*Clark goes to the truck and gets his blanket, he raps her in a towel.*

Lana: Thanks Clark.

Clark: Maybe we should bring you to my house.

Lana: Actually, i'd rather go home to my apartment. It's just that I haven't been home so long.

Clark: It's alright, let me take you home.

*They drive to the apartment. They drove silently the whole way, they had no idea what to say or do. What the other one think of them kissing the alternate them? They figured it was just too complicated.*

Now i was thinking of ending the story in the next chapter. However, i thought about making a sequel. The next chapter will be different pending on whether a sequel is made or not. Let me know.

Yeah sequel don't stop now!! We still have to see if the Lana's both back in their own worlds will get together with the Clarks' from their worlds.....that could take a lot of explaining!! PPMS!!!

Chapter 15:

Real World:

*Lana's apartment.*

Lana: Well, it's good to be home. But should i tell Clark what happen in the other world? I don't even know if he feels that way about me anymore. I guess there's only one way to find out.

*The next day at the Kent House.*

Martha: Did everything go okay?

Clark: Yeah, it went fine.

Jonathon: You seem disappointed son?

Clark: I guess.

Jonathon: What were you expecting?

Clark: I don't know, it's just when i saw her come back. I knew things were going to back to the way they were and i knew we couldn't be together.

Martha: Clark, i thought you wanted to get back together?

Clark: I do, but i thought about it last night and the danger in my life is just too much to risk on her getting hurt.

*There's a knock on the door.*

Martha: Hey Lana.

Lana: Hi Mrs. Kent.

Martha: Good to be back?

Lana: Definitly.

Martha: Happy to have you back.

Lana: Thanks, Clark can we talk?

Clark: Sure.

*They head up to Clark's loft.*

Clark: What's up?

Lana: I just wanted to talk.

ClarK: Let's talk then.

*They sit down on Clark's couch.*

Lana: You want to go first?

Clark: Ladies first.

Lana: Always the gentlemen.

*Clark smiles.*

Lana: When i was transported to this other world, i met a guy.

Clark: Oh.

Lana: I think I fell in love with this guy. I felt safe, when i was with him it felt right.

*Clark lowers his head in pain.*

Clark: Why are you telling me this?

*She lifts his head.*

Lana: Because that guy's name was Clark Kent.

Clark: What?

Lana: I thought I was falling for that guy, when i was just in love with Clark I knew, not him.

Clark: The same thing happened to me, just with another Lana.

Lana: So, what does that mean?

Clark: That we love each other, but it doesn't change anything.

Lana: Why can't we be together?

Clark: My life is too dangerous for you to be in.

Lana: I don't accept that.

*Lana is on the verge of tears.*

Clark: We have to.

Lana: Why?

Clark: Because sometimes in life to protect the one you love the most in the world, you have to give up the thing you want the most in the world.

*She gets up, tears flowing down her cheek and starts to walks down the stairs.*

Lana: It doesn't have to be this way.

Clark: I know.

*A tear rolls down from each of clark's eyes.*

Alternate World:

*Clark goes and picks her up.*

Clark: Are you okay.

Lana: I'm fine now.

*They smile.*

Clark: Why don't I take you back to my house?

Lana: Ok.

*They head back to the Kent house.*

Martha: How did everything go?

Clark: Fine.

Martha: How are you Lana?

Lana: Okay, glad to be home, kind of.

Martha: Well, i'm sure once you get comfortable again, everything will be fine.

Lana: You're probably right.

Martha: You two should get some sleep.

Clark: Alright mom, good night.

Martha: Good night.

*The Next morning, Clark's in his loft as Lana comes in.*

Lana: Nice day, isn't it.

Clark: Yeah.

Lana: i just came by to talk.

Clark: Ok, what's up?

Lana: Well, i was thinking we could get to know each other.

Clark: I'd like that.

Lana: You know if you're anything like the Clark i knew, then we should hit it off.

Clark: I was thinking the same thing, just with change the Clark to the Lana i knew.

Lana: Well, i don't mean to rush, but i think we should if something is there.

Clark: Glad i didn't have to say it.

*They lean in and kiss, begins slow, but picks up heavily for 10 minutes.*

Clark: Lana who?

Lana: My thoughts exactly, except Clark.

*They laugh and kiss some more.*

Alright, now i'm done with the alternate world, let's say they live happily ever after. The sequel will focus on the real world.
