i know how to get an avatar off of your own pictures, but how do you make it so they fit? i've tried, but it doesn't work. someone please help me!

I haven't really looked at it, so I don't know if it will answer your question...so I could try...

What exactly is your problem? Is the file size too big to upload here (i.e. more than about 20kb)? Is the file itself too wide/large (i.e. more than 50x50 pixels)?

Are you making a static avatar or an animated one (like mine)?

i'm just trying to get a picture that i found, but the pixels are to big, and i don't know how to get it the right size.
p.s. i love your avatar (i love harry potter!)
