Are there any Rascal Flatts fans on this site? Either that liked them before or after "Run" debut? I just want to know, I'm more then positive that there are country fans on the site but that doesn't nessicarily make them Rascal Flatts fans.

I'm just so excited to see them in concert... again. My mom got me floor seats for it for my b-day. I'm so happy.... *cries out of joy*

I am definitely a Flatts fan. Their most recent CD was pretty good, but I've never been a fan of their live performances. I've never actually been present for one, but all the award show performances and the live videos they've done have been garbage. In fact, I kind've got my family into country music and one day my mother heard Love You Out Loud on the radio and loved it. I told her she'd already heard it and didn't like it, but she didn't believe me. She'd seen the video on VH1 Country and it was a live performance and it was so bad she didn't even recognize it.

But seriously, their studio work is awesome. I also love that one shirt Gary wears in (I think) the MELT video. It's black with red that extends from the sleeves down the chest, kind've like a V. That's a badass shirt.

Oh hell yes it is, god I want that shirt. Its so utterly awesome.

Yet I'd have to disagree on the live performances but I do think their songs on the radio are better. Give them time and they'll get used to it, they're still new after all.

My friend has their newest CD and I ripped it onto my computer because I liked the song "Feels Like Today" that I heard in Run. Their entire CD is excellent. I'm normally not a country music fan but I really love their sound. I loved when they did a duet with Carrie Underwood on American Idol, it was brilliant!

I haven't heard any of their previous work but if it's anywhere near the sound of this CD (Feels Like Today) I'd love to hear it. Any CD/Song suggestions?

Thats cool. I have all their cds. I would suggest the first five on the Melt cd:

These Days
Too Good Is True
I Melt
Mayberry
Love You Out Loud

Their first cd isn't bad but all of the better songs are on the two newest cds which are Melt and Feels Like Today. I prefer them over the older cd except I love the two songs "While You Loved Me" and "I'm Movin' On" a lot on that cd.

There new single "When It Hurts The Most" is very good. I always been a Flatts fan. They still hold the true essence of country music, and frankly doesn't disgrace like the Music Mafia has done.
